I ve used this app twice My first experience was in 2015 and again today Sept 2017 My first experience was amazing person was super friendly nice seemed to care and be empathetic Loved it and recommended the app to friends family after that Thankfully I don t get sick often so didn t use again until 2017 Here are my reasons for my particular rating 1 First and foremost when I was messaging with the person that helps before you re contacted by the PA she asked me to have my ID ready as they would be checking it This happened on my first visit so had it ready When the PA came on the line she never checked my ID at any point and time and there was never an opportunity to submit it That tells me anyone with my name address and birthdate could have used this app under my name because they don t verify insurance either use what s on file with CHS this is convenient but just pointing out the limited amount of information requested to verify identity With today s times and always hearing of identity theft you never know When you go in the office you do the palm scan 2 When Gayle came on the line there was no hello how are you hope you re doing well today just a monotone something to the effect of thank you for choosing virtual visit what are your symptoms This isn t a huge deal but just felt kind of cold and later in the video chat I can see now why not going to do anything else to take up time 3 Went over my symptoms had severe nasal congestion for 3 4 days then developed a cough that is broken up sounding but am having wheezing for about 2 days never had a fever and never really felt bad outside of the nasal coughing systems A week into this developed a fever with readings of 100 5 and 101 Was told very quickly by Gayle this is a low grade fever and acted as if it s nothing to be concerned about Her initial diagnosis was that there s a bad viral upper respiratory bug going around and she thinks this is it plus ragweed is bad now too I am not a medical professional so was confused and asked how ragweed affected a viral bug thought allergies are different than viruses she said that the ragweed explains the wheezing I m having and then told me and antibiotics won t help that Up until this point antibiotics were never mentioned and I did not at all ask for them if she d talked to me for more than 30 seconds I would ve been able to explain that with my digestive issues antibiotics are a nightmare and I like to avoid them if at all possible She had just lumped me into the category of people who think antibiotics cure everything nope they don t cure a virus and I do know that but was simply trying to understand my diagnosis She seemed very focused on proving antibiotics won t cure what I have and finally had to go on to okay what do we do that s really what I wanted to know She ended up giving me a steroid an inhaler and cough medicine This was perfect I m happy with this but getting there was painful between her attitude and assumption that I wanted antibiotics Had she just taken time to explain the viral side plus the allergy side it would ve made sense instead of her rushing through and getting an attitude when I asked questions so I understood 4 In the app it asks for several different items of information ranging from your symptoms to what pharmacy you use I looked up and entered the exact address of the pharmacy I use originally was asked this again and asked for the specific address again Why d I even enter it in the first place Also feel as though she didn t take the time to read what I entered because I had information there about the allergy medications I ve been on even before this and she said to me it s good you took the antihistamine last night and I d recommend Flonase or something else well in both my medical records and this virtual visit profile Flonase is in there as a daily medication This isn t a huge deal but makes me wonder if they d even take the time to read your history or what you re allergic to why would they care They don t even care if you re who you say you are and it s easier for them just to ask instead of read Maybe take these items out of the app if they re not used on the visit is a waste of time otherwise         Didn t check ID Could have been anybody MountainsToTheSeaLady
I understand for legality reasons why they can t see someone outside of North Carolina but as someone who lives in the Charlotte metro area but just across the border in South Carolina it would ve been really nice to know this before hand     NC only megz0317

After spending a lot of time entering all my health information they declined the visit My payment was certainly valid They could not explain to me why they declined me As I was asking for more information I was shut down I will not waste my time again     This was a huge waste of time Zozecute101
I work at chs stanly in albemarle nc and live just around the corner I have tried this app several times and it works fine at work but never works at home really needs some work its a great idea but has some bugs     Doesn t work well Bugandpeasdad

This is a great concept and I look forward to trying it Unfortunately there is a glitch in the login process I cannot choose a birth month other than January I would ve have replied to the app support but there is no option there only a page of FAQ s I am hoping someone with the app is monitoring the reviews and sees this Hope to try again when this is fixed     Can t login Jeffers0n
