Can I Stream It?

Do not download this useless app I checked to see if two TV shows Bones and Supernatural were available for streaming on Netflix as a test since I know they are Both the app and the actual website said that they were not I am glad I did not purchase this app     Waste of Time

Only tells you whats available IF you can stream it If you cant stream it you get an empty search result If you can itll tell you where to get it from It also defaults to a movie search which is annoying bc you assume a cord cutters app you would want to search for TV shows not movies        Not good

In theory this app wouldve saved us so much time no longer would we need to search each and every streaming service individually I thought this app would be the greatest thing that ever happened to my movieloving self It started off great when I first downloaded it more than a year ago but then came the constant crashes That was followed by complete unreliability The app would say a movie was unavailable for streaming rental when indeed it was It would say a movie was not available for streaming on Netflix but available to rent on Amazon and it was BS And oh the crashes Id spend most of my time reopening the app over and over after it would crash time and time again I really wanted to love this app because the concept is brilliant and very useful but its not worth the headache anymore Maybe Ill redownload in a few months to see if there are any improvements but for now Im better off without it     I really wanted to love this app

Seems to do a good job catching what is on Netflix but fails to catch what is on Amazon correctly              Needs better Amazon support

I checked a few movies currently available on HBO Go and some free on Amazon Prime and none showed up on this App as available They showed up as notify me when available Its too bad bc it is a great idea Unfortunately this app is crap     Useless as info is not at all accurate

Gave it some simple tests movies shows I know are on netflix or amazon and it does not perform I set it up correctly just doesnt work     Doesnt work

Its a shame such a useful website creates an app that is anything but useful Bogged down by ads and crashes consistently when scrolling     Doesnt do much but crash

The app is unresponsive I tapped all over the screen and it wouldnt change It also doesnt have the major networks like HBO SHOWTIME STARZ etc Theres no FAQ to help and if there is it was hidden and I couldnt find it not a good sign for any app in my opinion     Ive had it for 5 minutes and it doesnt work

Downloaded Gave it three tries It went 0 for 3 Deleted     Always wrong

Does not show as available for streaming on Netflix or Amazon any TV series show that I know is actually available Examples include House of Cards Midsomer Murders Firefly and Boardwalk Empire Ive contacted the provider several times over the last several months about this but nothing is fixed     Useless on iPad 4

Can I Stream It doesnt actually WORK I just tried searching for American Horror Story and the app shows its not yet available on Netflix or Amazon and its on both If an app isnt going to be accurate WTH us the point Ive tried all those apps and not a single one has been reliably accurate     Inaccurate

I love this app every time someone recommends a movie to me this is my first stop Yes it has some bugs and missing features for example I wish it saved search history but the idea is so solid you still cant go wrong even with an unfinishedfeeling app Hey Urban Pixels can we get an update please Thanks for the great app              Great app just needs a polish

I love can i stream its website but at least this version of the app is horribly unstable If youre wondering what all the bad reviews are for its for when the app crashes 30 seconds after a search Every Single Time Want to know where a TV show is available Too bad At least for me got the same crash three times     Good service bad stability

Im watching Broadchurch right now on Netflix App says Broadchurch isnt available on Netflix If the app cant accurately list whats available on Netflix what function does it serve     Does not accurately reflect availability

The app produces consistently unreliable results Example search for Justified and it tells you that the only options are to purchase episodes from a variety of sources including Amazon and asks if you want to set reminders when it becomes available for streaming on services including Amazon While in fact its been available to stream on Amazon Prime for as long as I can remember Is it intentionally returning bogus results so that people will buy entertainment they are already paying for with their memberships to Hulu Netflix and Amazon Prime or is it just bad software     Useless

As other reviewers already mentioned it doesnt show even though the movie is available on some streaming service     Its completely misleading

It serves its basic purpose but it drives me nuts when I cant go back to the search results        Okay

Downloaded searched TV show The Americans The app did not show it is available on iTunes and Amazon Not worth the download     Data Fail

I used to love this app but it looks like it no longer works Several titles are listed as not available anywhere but clearly are on Netflix like Noah Baumbachs Kicking and Screaming film I hope it gets fixed one day bc we need an app that can do this     No longer works

A few issues First while it doesnt crash it hangs a LOT If you switch to another app then switch back it just sits there for thirty seconds sometimes and sometimes resets to the home screen after that Second needs Search by Director Search by Actor function Desperately And why the separate MovieTV search pages Theres no need at all for that one search of everything is much better What if its a madeforTV movie Have to search both Third could use more services Fandor Mubi etc Also Hulu listings arent always accurate it seems Some things they have show up as unavailable        Pretty good sort of

This is a great idea I would LOVE it if the app actually worked Every time I search for something it crashes        Crash Crash Crash

It technically tells u whats on other streaming sites however they make it arbitrarily more difficult It feels like a XFinity app that disguises itself as something else     Basically used for XFinity

This is very useful not full featured like some specialty apps but it doesnt need to be Handy as pockets on pants I rated it only 3 stars because it hasnt been updated for the Amazon INDB change I believe all INDB streaming is now offered through Amazon In addition it needs to specifically indicate if its a free stream with Amazon Prime or a pay to watch on Amazon Dont let any negative reviews keep you from quickly finding out if you can stream it           Does Exactly What I Need

I love this app Since there is no unified search on Apple TV this is the perfect app so that I dont have to go searching through various services to see which service has which movie or TV show My only gripe is that the prices are ALWAYS wrong for purchasing or renting movies              Almost Perfect For Me

I havent had any issues with running the app However their data currency seems to be terrible Probably 34 of the time when I see something listed as say not available anywhere except iTunes I can go to Amazon and see that I can rent or buy it as I please     App seems to work fine but data inaccurate

I have on numerous occasions done searches for movies using this app and it has told me they are currently available on various streaming services I go to find them on NetflixAmazon etc only to find that they ARE NOT available The opposite has also happened Now that I have a Roku 3 this app is pointless as it has this functionality built in and it ACTUALLY WORKS        Often incorrect

Doesnt keep up with the constantly changing content on the major streaming providers cant differentiate between movie titles Brazil may be the 1985 classic or a documentary on rainforests but Can I Stream it will show the art work for the 1985 film The idea for app is fantastic someone just needs to come along and do it better     No ones minding the store

Multiple occasions I have checked this app to see what service a movie is on only for the app to falsely say it is not avalable        Not reliable

HBO is a pretty major omission           Really needs to add HBO

For whatever reason the developers of this app decided not to allow portrait mode The app itself takes forever to return results The spinning progress wheels sometimes go forever     Just Terrible

I wanted to like this app I wanted to pay the two dollars for premium But I cant because it is simply inaccurate     Unreliable

When checking for titles it seems to be almost uniform that the title is available on XFinity and not available on other services As example just having checked for the TV series Crossing Lines it showed that none of the subscription services had it but it was available on XFinity Yet in checking directly with Netflix Streaming subscription it was available If you want to check if you can stream a title and you are fortunate enough to have a Roku player do a global search under the general search tool and it will accurately tell you what streaming services it is available on Be careful this app can be misleading and lead you to pay for a video you have in one of your subscription services     Dont trust this app for being correct

Review update everything below still applies more or less but Im knocking the review down to one star I just looked up Trainspotting and he didnt show up on Netflix Then I went to Netflix and low and behold there it was for me now its a waste of time and bandwidth Its just as easy at this point for me to check various streaming sources Theres no sense me going first to this app its telling me thats not on any of my services and then going to the services and finding that its there Misleading in accurate at this point pretty much completely useless For the reviewer who wondered why all the negative reviews now you know Original review below When I first got this app I loved it Especially when it worked But the information is often wrong Many times it says the movie is not available on Netflix or YouTube or Amazon but it is Sometimes even on all three And they havent updated the app in over a year Thats always a bad sign I did the Inapp purchase to support the development of the app and also to eliminate ads etc and give me all the features But its no longer worth it Im better off either just going to each service and checking for the movie or using a different service If they ever update AND they also have better information in my usage I will update my review and up the star rating Right now two stars is generous Im actually giving it one and a half stars And the half star is for the potential and promise Mostly unkept Not recommended     Great potential Poor execution no updates

The Most Popular page has a ton of potential especially for a AppleTV owners It needs some work though I paid for the inapp upgrade to remove adds and allow you to filter services Deselected services dont get filtered but ads did get disabled HBOGo should be listed as a streaming service The organizational system really ought to be customizable The app reports a number of movies on HBO that are not available including films that are still in theaters There are occasional crashes Fix all of these issues and the app will most likely earn 5stars           Does not achieve potential

This app needs to be optimized for iOS 8 and for the newest iPhones App freezes and crashes on iOS 84 and looks like crap on my iPhone 6 Plus Fix these issues and I will give it a 5 star rating     Needs a Serious Update
