The only real reason I started using this service is because I m a truck driver and away from home a lot and this gave me the ability to monitor my home while I m gone For about a month now the live stream doesn t work unless I m on wifi and that s just unacceptable T Mobile says it s the Cammy App Cammy says it s T Mobile needless to say if the Cammy App isn t compatible with T Mobile then I need to find a service that is or Cammy needs to ensure their app is compatible I will NOT continue using this service unless I can live stream from my cameras     Pretty Much Over it TruckND

First this started out great and honestly it is affordable and support at first was top notch Now I cannot even contact support because the app won t allow me too over time now system slowed down and froze up They need to go back to the way they use to be because they are losing a customer         Started out great but the end not so good Ghtalkradio

I was excited to get this piece of technology and for the most part it s okay The lag is HORRIBLE it takes about 10 12 seconds to connect when outside my home network I don t see how this is possible because we have 1 Gig internet speed and an AMAZING latency I am hope no this improves within the next 12 months Now after the latest software update when deleting alerts they do not instantly disappear as they have in the past Honestly thinking of paying out contract 8 months and going with something else             Still Indifferent RedSoxFanInTn

I have had this service for a year and then i bought one of their cameras when it came it didnt have all parts but they sent them it wont give u play by play of events once u set it up and unplug it i need to find a cord long enough to reach it so i can get at least what i want been to busy to sitcdown and call them so they can tell me they dont understand like i did in the beginning so i just send them emails may this will help them get it right they changed their site where if you dont have a cammy camera it wont work and left this huge space saying cloud storage enabled this why people dont do american american dont do what they promise                     Frustrating cadillacvan

I have been using this app for 3 years since it s humble clunky beginning s It progressed into a mighty fine app It was easy to use set up and maintain I would have been willing to purchase the app or pay some reasonable fees or use a basic version with less storage I started receiving notices that a fee would be charged for the upgrades in features that I did not need I went from paying 0 for over three years to over 120 with my 15 loyalty customer discount per month When I did not respond my account was shut down on the exact day and time as threatened Hopefully another creative app maker will come out with something reasonable to capture the FTP motion detected video that our cameras create I will keep looking     Eppipen comes to mind Jchristopher1

Found this searching on the Apple TV for IP Camera to find an app that can view live stream from IP cameras This is NOT that app Totally misleading description This is primarily a subscription security service and works mainly with their own brand of cameras The tvOS app require an immediate log in before you can do anything else After much searching with the iOS version I found you can create a free account and then try to set up an IP camera which is not the one they sell HOWEVER they do not support viewing IP Camera in the normal way URL for motion jpeg with optional username password login They require you to use the configuration screens on your IP Camera to send jpeg snapshots to their own special FTP Server Maybe their security service is ok but I was not looking for that They need to change the description of this app and the Apple TV app to clearly state this is a subscription service mainly for use with their own cameras that only partially supports using a regular IP Camera if at all     Totally misleading NOT an IP Camera viewer SpivR
