I love NZXT and can but this app is trash It never works and mostly shows my pc as being offline I really wish they would update this maybe give you the option to change your lighting or fan speed remotely Love NZXT and CAM hate the app Maximd1122

I ve had this app since May 2017 and it had worked fine till I updated cam on my pc to the next update and it stopped working with the cam mobile app Shouldn t NZXT update their mobile app to work with their updates for pc Don t download unless you have the older cam version software on your pc The latest one doesn t work Doesn t update your pc info mycsisters

I ve tried repeatedly to get this app to work and yet it still shows data FROM OCTOBER It is December now Absolutely trash and is not worth the time spent downloading and logging in Additionally NZXT has terrible customer support until you go to their subreddit where they re super apologetic and act like it s unusual to never hear back on your support ticket App never works Heresor
I love NZXT and have been a loyalist to the brand for some time now but this app never consistently shows the correct information This app needs to be gone through and updated to work fluidly with the PC software since it never accurately displays information as well as showing my PC offline 85 of the time CAM is a great AiO monitoring solution I have been nothing less than impressed with if functionality and control over lighting fan speeds pump speeds and more I just wish the information from my PC was transferred to the app a bit quicker and more accurately Great concept not so great execution Scccooooottt
App never connects to any of my computers and you can t delete old computers either It s like the developers of this software don t care to update this app to work at all They put out this software to help sell their hardware but of course they don t tell you NEVER WORKS And yes all my computers are updated with the latest and greatest cam software like it matters Horrible app Tj80799
Every time I log into the app it tells me to log in and update CAM software on my PC I know for a fact that it s up to date Log in and update on PC ComeOnThisCantBeTaken

The app is a great idea but most of the time it says my PC is offline when it is clearly online connected to ethernet and signed into my account I just expected more when I bought the hardware for 30 Works okay RollTide_King

There are a couple bugs in the system with the cloud data but other than that its great Great app
The application works fine until I click on my PC to look at it it gives me a loading wheel for a second or two then crashes Crashes
It worked great when I first installed it and set it up now it only gives me an error message when I try to use it The concept of the program is awesome though and I hope they work out the bugs soon Great conceptneeds work
I love the app when it worked it wont recognize that my PC is on and it wont load when I tap on my PC so Id download it but be aware that unless its just me youll need to wait for an update Needs an update
The app takes a while to load or even start up I was only able to connect having my computer connected to the 24GHz wifi the 50GHz didnt want to work and when switching to the basic mode it wouldnt load at all Overall it is a nice idea to be able to see my computer when I am not home Just have to wait for it to get better Cam mobile

As of now this app has 1 star The reason being whenever I try to login with my CORRECT password and email it just says error try again really NZXT I know you can do better with a simple app like that if you try to fix it please fix it soon Till then twill be at a 1 star rating
If it worked properly I would of given it more stars but it doesnt Crashes on start up
CAM is my main protection against my CPU overheating I greatly rely on this program to keep my CPU in working order Anyway Im capable of opening the CAM app but after I login and try to get on my PC the app crashes Love CAM for pc but it crashes on iPhone 4s
Im glad the app is finally here but it is soooo slow Also it recognizes that my laptop is attached to my cam account but my desktop with the grid and kraken x61 and x41 isnt showing up on the computer list I will change my rating if fixes come Soooo Slooooow
I put in all of my account information and triple check to make sure that it will be able to monitor my computer however it continues to tell me that it cannot find any linked computers I guess Ill just wait for an update Cant monitor my computer

Its a great looking app with great features that work alongside the PC CAM software Just realtime monitoring seems broken Works ok sometimes
I verified that I was using the same email and password as I did when logging into the CAM software on my PC But this app constantly tells me that I am entering the wrong email or password Makes this app entirely worthless Cant log in

The app gets your systems current condition and displays it on your phone No more no less Gets the job done
