I used to use this app two years ago on my iphone4 and LOVED it I loved the convenience and everything about it I especially appreciated that I could watch the services on the app Randomly it decided to stop working on that phone and said launch failed every time I tried to open it I tried re downloading and some other things but nothing worked I figured it was just my old phone having its issues but I just got a new phone and downloaded it right away and I have the same problem with this new phone I m only giving a low rating because it doesn t work on the devices I ve tried but I truly loved app when it did work a year or two ago I really hope this app can be fixed soon so my family and I can enjoy it and spread the word about it again         Please fix Liv9677
