The ordering process is bugged I had to try multiple times to get it to work Once I finally had my order placed I was informed that my food would be delivered at 4 45 pm I got a call from the company at 5 saying they were waiting for the food and it would be a little late Then 6 30 approached so I called asking where my food was They claimed they couldn t find my location which is a business I had listed the info on my order and tried multiple times to contact me I had no missed calls They called me back to say that my food was still in the delivery vehicle and that it would have to be remade It would take another hour and a half They do not offer refunds This place is a joke     Never order from this app CaddiGirl254

The current version of this app doesn t work with voiceover on my6S plus It works somewhat on my IPad Examine Uber Eats app That works wel with voiceover Better stil have Uber eats buy you out App needs help             Montana Jim Jkaldrich101

I really like having this app but it is not super easy to navigate on a phone It takes you to a regular website just on your smart phone It is so nice being apple to order for delivery though I hope more restaurants are added and that they continue to improve this app It also would be nice if you could use your finger print to check out instead of having to get your credit card out again             Love having delivery app still needs some improvements Mphadd

The app says pick a city that you can order in Columbus But Columbus is not one of the cities you can choose on the screen that says Pick Your City Help     Need help in Columbus LeaBea527

Every time they have arrived within 1 hour besides being lost on the confusing streets The Absolute best restaurant is the Yard House I have ordered from all the other restaurants but none compare to the yard house But i have used this kind of service for years and these people are the best By far Thank you                     Exceptional Service griffeenn
