Ok so this was hard to figure out but finally got it The app itself tells you not to scan the actual bag as it wont work But here is what you do google c21status bag image An image of a red c21 bag comes up Scan that Everyday it will give you a different code offer I got a 25 off Try it              I figured it out

What is the purpose of this app It says scan a red C21 bag which the scan doesnt pick up no matter how many times you try 30 in total for myself at every angle possible So since it wont scan what do I do with this app Its been a total waste of my time Upgrade your app so your customer can use it to make purchases check our accounts let the HORRIBLE SCAN feature be an option because as it stands now Im DELETING THIS NONFUNCTIONING APP its just taking up much needed space on my phone     Scan HOW IT DOESNT WORK

I would have rated 0 stars I am a VIP at Century shopping several times a week online and in stores I was in love with the fact I could get 50 off a 250 purchase 20 off etc randomly every time I shopped I was very disappointed upon my trip today when I found out I could no longer get the scan bag couponsdiscount because they created a new rule thats for one time use ONLY upon initial sign up What a rip off That was a GREAT incentive for VIP cards holders It would have been even better if we could scan and use the codes online but now its not even available to us at all SMH Ill be cutting back on my spendings at C21     C21 Doesnt Care about Loyal Customers

A Totally rip off Your scan your bag option is no longer present No other option is available Two thumbs down     Just horrible

This app is trash Ive scanned every century 21 bag I have and this just dosent work     No good

This app is a joke I wasted my time taking pictures of this red bad in many angles NOTHING WORKED I put my back into trying to capture the bag in the exact same shape that the socalled app guidelines demanded Nothing worked Im truly annoyed In my opinion i think i should get a coupon just for time and effort I put into this thing Whomever designed this is a ding dong totalwasteoftime     Crappy App

These other reviews are making me laugh because it really isnt exactly clear what to do A C21 floor rep helped me Download the app and simply register Then find the C21 bag image located on the walls of the store that tells you to scan there for your reward It doesnt scan a barcode or the actual C21 merchandise bag I think the reward is available for a short time mine was 3 days before youre able to scan again for another reward I wasnt even going to buy anything but certainly found something to use my 20 discount on Exactly what they were hoping for I know                 Saved 20

Its not scanning any of my bags     Doesnt work

Cant get into the without taking a picture of a bag and It DOES NOT WORK Wasted a few minutes on that I should get a discount for that alone     Crap

Once you set username and password you cant change them even if the app returns an error which makes it impossible to use        Cant unregister the app

Crap does not work and I scanned that bag over 12 times     Waste of Time

I downloaded the app and I cant get it onto my phone Youve already purchased this so it will be downloaded now at no additional charge But never actually downloads Ive tried other apps since and this is the ONLY app thats giving me the problem Anyone know what to do to get this to work     I cant get the app
