I ve submitted multiple reports and when I close the app and reopen or go back to the app in a couple days my number of reports is back down to zero Also it seems that this app is dependent on both parties having the app Most people do not have the app or so it seems so there needs to still be a way to notify them as a default For the 1 100 000 shot that the person who has the out taillight ALSO has this app it s just not worth the effort         Great idea doesn t work JStark1023
