I do not normally write reviews this one is for the magazine editors and iPad app developers of the world if you are considering doing what Builder has done DO IT It is a traditional magazine with a traditional lookfeel and SUPER easy to navigate I love that the ads and articles appear just as they do in the magazine itself Magazine layouts DO NOT need to be reinvented to be enjoyed At first I was confused about doubleclicktozoom then I figured it out and realized that once zoomed in the standard pan and zoom finger movements work Another iPad mag I tried had a tutorial on how to go leftrightdownip to get around content I dont want to think that hard when Im browsing SERIOUSLY As with all eMags the higher resolution you can get away with the better this one is pretty good but some smaller pics within articles dont zoom well Im not going to knock down a star for it this is a solidly 5star app and I cant believe its free All magazines should be like this
I am not experiencing the problems that other seem to be experiencing The interactivity is great and hyperlinking seem to all work well I like the little window that allows you to preview a link The best feature is the ability to save specific articles in a favorites folder so you can refer back to them later Some of the content is in Flash which obviously doesnt play on IPad I really wish someone would get with the program and develop a plugin to allow flash to work on IPad That or get programmers to use something else One of the best reader apps Ive used
What a great magazine app Ive used many magazine apps and this is one of the better ones simple clean and easy to navigate and read I particularly like the text only option to read articles Great app
