Thank you for extending the screen so there is not that awkward blank gap on either side of the screen BUT no less than 50 of the time when I open or join a bridge I get no audio going in or out If I am the one opening the bridge this is very frustrating for all participants since I have to close the bridge then reopen in order to get it to work Kicking all participants off and making them redial in Also the mute does not work if the screen times out Unlike on regular calls selecting mute unmute does not work on the locked screen It only works inside the app AND sometimes the app glitches freezing the app and my phone as well If I happen to be muted at the time it freezes then it takes 5 10 minutes not exaggerating before I can unmute myself because even after I close the app my phone is still affected somehow and cannot do anything I do not use the app anymore as it has become a risk and liability more than a convenience Please fix     Barely works on iPhone X AnubisZom

I ve been using this app for sometime and was generally quite happy with it Sure the interface was clunky but the sound quality was by far better than what I had on PSTN lines But now it s not working with data since their last update and this is very frustrating     Not working with data since update BeardedBard

The interface isn t updated for phones outside of the 5 series It s really weird too For example when you tap or accidentally touch a person s name on the list a text field and keyboard pops up across the screen obscuring everything It s impossible to tell who you touched presumably to edit their name There is no cancel If you hit done it just leaves a blank in place of their name It s a fantastic way to make the list of participant useless pretty quickly The whole interface needs to be redone New major recent problem can t change the volume on Bluetooth headphones         Terrible interface okay voice quality the real icee

The APP has a big flaw there is no way to select other countries except United Kingdom to dial in when I participate a call however I can do so when I host a call         Can t select dial in country 浓缩后就精华

Excellent sound quality and ease of use but please improve the way this app behaves when an incoming phone call interrupts you during a conference call When this happens the app doesn t prompt you to dismiss the call it simply cuts you off from your conference and sometimes it doesn t let you get back in unless you close the app reopen and dial in again                 Incoming calls still an issue Elopezvi

Update They did correct the mute announce problem however now Mute does not work properly on the app It may show like it is on Mute but people can still hear you It just keeps getting worse with this app I have now stopped using it I was loving this app before the last update The last update added a voice announcement after muting or unmuting This cuts out the call for the time of the mute unmute announcement You can visually see you are on mute or not so makes no sense to announce it What makes even less sense is there seems to be no way to turn off the mute unmute voice announcement PLEASE make the mute unmute announcement selectable     OK but can t turn off announcement when mute CBIParadise

The Dolby Voice quality is spectacular The voice separation of participants makes the conversations clear and understandable Unfortunately the latest version of the applications include a voice over indicating the mute status that fully truncates the conversation each and every time mute is toggled ON or OFF This feature is so disruptive that the latest version of the application renders it unusable for meetings     Mute prompts make the app useless kizdar

With the latest update every time I either MUTE or UNMUTE the app blocks the meeting audio and announces mute or unmute During this process I have several seconds of missing the meeting audio This renders the app nearly unusable in a noisy environment such as driving in a car The only time I use the app is in a noisy environment This needs to be fixed ASAP The BTMeetMe with Dolby voice is otherwise the best service I have ever used Please fix this ASAP         MUTE announcements make this update unusable SFBrad

I can never connect to calls on wifi My wifi at home has download speeds of about 40bps This app rarely connect to calls and when it does they often drop Whatsapp and FaceTime calls work perfectly so I know the poor performance is due to this app Coworkers have the same issues     Absolutely horrible Matt in Hong Kong

After a recent update all the international dial in numbers have been deleted This makes the I d like to dial into my meeting option useless and forces users to have BT call us which is the more profitable option for BT The Call using DolbyVoice option has been removed too so the instructions online are out of date This is either an error that no one caught before updated app was put into production or a commercial decision was made to push app users to a more profitable option Either way incompetence or disregard for customers users are the ones who suffer For what it s worth I tried to provide feedback directly to BT but the customer help numbers didn t work in the app either That forced me to make my comments public in this review     Not good after update BakerDoodle's Papa

Not good We recently switched to this company and it s been upsetting The app will randomly cut off connection for a minute and you miss everything that s being said Pointless I gave them 2 stars instead of one bc the notice quality is better than normal call ins but some ppl go in and out I d much rather have decreased noise quality but still everything than this         Poor functionality New2BT

Our company just switched to this service It s confusing to setup You can start a conference from the app but you can t invite others from the app Also tried to setup some favorites and it just goes into edit mode every time I try to use them Also takes about 15secs to switch between VOIP and phone mode Call quality is good but the app needs work         Poor usability DJBisMe

Sound quality is the best that s ever been available between two people With three or more which is very easy to do people are positioned from left to right so not only is the sound quality great but you know who is speaking based on where the sound is coming from Of course you need a stereo headset on your smartphone or left and right speakers if you re connecting from your computer That s another great feature of the service once you have an account you can host or join calls from any device with internet Best comm development in the last 10 years                     Best audio available Brooklane
