The most recent upgrade v341 has completely broken the app Cannot make calls Dialing works but then it tries to connect and immediately disconnects Its useless now BEWARE before upgrading Update v341 Broken
Bluetooth is broken in this release 341 Its able to make calls but no on can hear you clearly Tested with wired headphone vs various Bluetooth headphone Dont upgrade if you need Bluetooth Bluetooth is broken

Unlike several other VOIP apps the display sleeps when you hold the phone to your ear I dont know how this feature isnt an obvious requirement but Bria is the first one Ive tried to get this part right I also like how it automatically switches on and off as you enter and leave Wifi range This works out great with my office phone Im online and available for calls while Im at work on the Wifi network but when Im out and about Im disconnected and calls go correctly to voicemail without bugging me A great feature in disguise You can of course allow it to run while on LTE if youre a sucker for calls from the office Pretty nice

Im baffled by the so many 1 star ratings for ver 333 I use it as my primary phone on an iPad mini and have not experienced any more problems than I was experiencing before I do prefer the iPhone version over the iPad version A softphone is never going to perform as well as a hardphone However as far as softphones go this is the best Ive tried so far Best Ive tried so far

App seems to have trouble with audio a lot Will make a call and get no audio hang up and Bria will ask me if I want to try fixing the problem I will then have to call back This happens constantly and is annoying for me and my customers Buggy

I like the versatility of being able to use my home VOIP connection at work This app extends all of your system features outside of your home or office pretty cool The only downside is the battery life takes a hit when you choose to let the app run in the background At least YOU get to decide whether or not you want that feature I especially love the ability to create custom dial plans Highly recommended Pretty Good App
I agree with other reviewers here running in the background it does drain your battery since I use it for business use I have it running constantly in the background and during 24 hours it account 41 of my battery usage Otherwise it is a flawless app great sound quality and great performance Switches seamlessly from WiFi to 3G or 4G The only other downside I can think of is it doesnt switch to speakerphone when I take it off my ear I remember the previous version doing this however after the latest update this feature not working Great app but a battery hog

A good way to know if youre still registered without opening Bria is to leave at least one VM in your mailbox The number disappears from the Bria icon if youre not Bria with Callwithus
I love this app but sitting in the background theres way too much battery drain If I leave it open after using it it will drain my battery within a few hours I have to remember to kill the app as soon as Im done Battery hog
