This is an excellent app for creating editing and scaling bread formulas What keeps this from getting 5 stars is that the editing of instructions is painful because the text keeps popping up off the screen so that I have to keep pulling it down One workaround is to draft instructions in another app e g Pages or Word and then pasting it into BreadStorm I look forward to seeing this fixed                 Well worthwhile but needs some work M C W

These folks really did make the best app out there for bread bakers If you never heard of baker s math or bakers the app may have no use for you But if you like to tinker with hydration starters preferments and soakers and want to develop your own formulas you can t go wrong I only wish they made it affordable There are not enough reviews of the app because nobody will buy it for 75 Not sure why developers price themselves out of the market For 9 99 every serious baker would gladly own the app and I assure you they would make a heck of a lot more money                     Gold standard Davidscubadiver
