Let s start by saying that good When breadcrumb pro works its great however Groupon needs to do a lot of work before this app is stable to be used everyday and when you need it I am on the phone with customer support at least once a week This is not because I don t understand how to work it it s because they have a lot of issues An entire day of Amex sales were never captured luckily my accountant caught the error One week the credit card processing went down 4 times in one week they didn t know why Today breadcrumb pro is posting to yesterdays sales the response we don t know why but we ll fix it on the next business day is unacceptable The customer support is very nice but I should not have to call them as much as I do Look around for another system I m going to     if it works it s ok stevi b

Magnificent POS system First of all it s affordable Micros and Aloha are too expensive for what they offer plus think about moving forward nor backwards Who wants a bulky system that makes your place look like we live in the 80 s I know I don t It s iPad based meaning that like anyone writing a review here knows that an Apple products are the best in the industry Using my pos system with an iPad is very intuitive and if I may say the future                     Best in the market cm
