When I was looking for an app to learn and practice the Braille contractions this was the only one I could find It works great to learn the contractions You might need a very basic understanding of Braille but if not then you can read the introduction page Awesome App Brailletech

I loved this app until I got to lesson 28 where I clearly brailled it right but it continued to tell me it the contraction was wrong I also like the idea of a backspace Very good but needs some work Wh1tn3
As a teacher I ve found this to really help with an introduction to those with low vision who may be losing their sight It also is a great refresher for those who want to just practice writing Braille Thx for keeping it affordable Great App Debless

This is a great app for reviewing the contractions and drilling a student on ones that were already learned If you aren t doing them in the order that the app does it can be difficult because it s not possible to jump around I m using it to review for an exam now though Great app for reinforcing Braille JackM4

That s it Amazing Amazing Wammalammabamawingdoo
This is a great app Well put together and very pleasant to use You do have to be careful that you fingers do not shift from the on screen keys It would be nice if they were a little more low vision friendly by the color of the keys having a higher value contrast The tonal contrast is high but not the value Forest green or violet would be nice Overall a wonderful app Great tool for memorizing Grade 2 Braille ConâŹ
Still find awkward to type in dot keys and disappointed the onscreen backspace key is not there to correct typing errors Since I m already familiar with grade one braille I d like to see another pack of grade 2 adv brl contractions Pls improvise this great learning app Onscreen backspace key is needed to be added Azgem4587
I m a fairly intelligent person and can count to six so when I type the right numbers for the letter b and get a A I m a little disappointed I ll keep looking for another app Disappointed Cevolinga
This is so much fun The on screen keyboard is too uncomfortable for me and im not sure that a completly blind person would be able to use it However the keyboard works perfectly and i love it I wish it was a little more accessible with voiceover or that its own reader would do moore so compensate I love that thelearning the alphabet is free but like the broke person i am wish all the lessons were free over its fun to learn with and refresh my memory since i am not a daily braille user Educational fun BVI Player
This is by far the best braille app I have found so far It is easy to use and great to learn The music immediately lets you know when you ve typed the letter or word incorrectly It allows for practice with the braille cell visual but also includes the option of turning it off to practice more advanced skills or to self test It s great Awesome Adgcdhcfjgyfdhcgjh
I m learning Braille along with one of my students and this is a fun and challenging way to to do it The music is a nice addition giving an auditory notice when fingers don t hit the keys simultaneously The ability to turn off the visual representation of each letter allows easy self testing Having immediate practice putting letters together to make words is also helpful The change of voices perks up my student when she begins to slow down Thanks for a quality learning app Wonderful learning tool Schallen
This app has a great deal of potential I have just begun to use it and have not tried it with a braille display as of yet It is the first app I have seen that teaches and provides drills for contractions The add on lessons are reasonably priced I would love to see a backspace option While using the app I made several mistakes and knew it but could not correct my errorrs by erasing Great start Looking forward to see what is next Shows Great potential CatherineMorris
