Paid for two years of digital subscriptions Downloaded the apps for four magazines It let me download two issues and wants me to pay for the new issues Tried calling their subscription services and they were clueless about the apps They gave me an email address to get an answer Emailed them and was told my subscription did not update for some reason He said he would get back to me over a week later and no solution Avoid the apps and get the paper version instead I was trying to get away from paper and go all digital They really dropped the ball with these apps and customer service     Terrible customer support 84850608

The magazine itself is great but the app changed its compatibility to IOS6 and now I can t download news months on my iPad         Changed compatibility during subscription rcruz101airborne

Happy they released the fix for not being able to read the magazine when not connected to the internet Also I had a similiar issue as the reviewer above of not being able to sign in but I realized that the password is case sensitive With the same update they remind you that your password is case sensitive That really helps                 Update realeased Laura5568

Downloaded the app when I purchased newest issue only 4 pages downloaded I let it sit for a few and still wouldn t download Then I logged out of my account it won t recognize my password Reset my password and it won t recognize the password that they sent me Already upgraded my subscription and so far I am very unsatisfied     Needs work FF archer
