By Ellie McQuoddy This is a fun game, but no matter how much I shake my phone, the tiles won`t scramble. I tested another app that uses shaking (to see if it was just my phone), but that one worked. This game could be really fantastic if only I didn`t get "game over" when the only option left is to scramble. I hope they come out with an update soon.
Lots of fun, a couple of annoyances
By sfgl I very much enjoy this game and prefer this app to earlier online versions: gameplay is very smooth and intuitive. However, like an earlier reviewer, I found that the shake-to-scramble feature does not work consistently - eventually, as the score gets higher, it seems to stop working altogether. This can result in a premature and frustrating end to the game. As many others have observed, the dictionary feels rather arbitrary and has some surprising gaps. This app delivers good value, but if these issues were fixed, it could be outstanding.
