Anything that requires a dropdown menu renders this app useless ie choosing a state from the dropdown Not updated for ios8
I just downloaded this app It wont allow me to select a departure location and arrival Without being able to get beyond this point the app is useless Ive already deleted it Location selection doesnt work
If the developers update the app to store tickets it would be perfect in my opinion Should be 5 stars

Not a bad app but itd be good for people who have lots of apps to have their tickets in one place and passbook is that place Please do it for us Once theres passbook itll be perfect

Downloaded the app to purchase tickets so they could be scanned on the bus Just went to check on them and theyre no longer appearing in the app This really needs to get fixed Tickets disappeared
Do not download this app I tried to make and order and it said the network could not be connected to I waited and tried a few times only to get the same error I then went and purchased a ticket on the computer and was sent my receipt Then about 45 minutes after trying to use the app I was sent three emails at the same time with more receipts I was charged 3 extra times I had to call customer service and they said I will be refunded in three business days but I had to wait on the line for 20 minutes to get someone to pick up Dont Download Charged Multiple Times
This is a useless app if you cant access tickets you bought Cant access tickets

This will solve your disappearing tickets problem Also watch your booking This thing messes with the return dates and if you dont catch it you end up paying the price Add passbook support
For some odd reason once i proceeded to checkout I was presented with a completely different itinerary than the one I had initially selected Also the app consistently crashed when I was attempting to complete checkout and the bus is now sold out Great concept for an app and it would be very convenient if it worked Too many bugs with it though Buggy
Automatically selects your departure date the same as your arrival for separate dates Buggy

I trusted the app to have my tickets to board the bus I saw them in the app in good order several weeks after having purchased them and then on the day of travel they had disappeared I was saved only because I had my laptop with me I had weeks before deleted the emails from my phone but not from my laptop Lucky me I was able to board Cant trust tickets disappear

I love this app and use it all the time but there appears to be a bug that prevents me from both changing the number of tickets I can buy from 1 passenger and from viewing my cart Otherwise its great and everyone who can should ride the Bolt 5 stars when bug is fixed
I cant ever click pick date because it keeps switching randomly and wont let me do anything so I end up having to start all over and close the app Also you cannot see my cart without choosing a new bus time Please fix This is so inconvenient Terrible
The app makes it very easy to book a trip with just a few taps but it needs some improvements The most glaring omission is that you cant pull up a boarding pass for a trip inside the app The other thing thats lacking is the ability to save a credit card number for purchases Almost perfect

But itd be whole a lot more useful if the bus stop info linked to Google Maps or the Maps app Not bad

I had relatives from the UK try to book with their cards and the form fields wouldnt allow for an international address This would be an issue for any country outside the US btw Need support for international cardsaddresses
So I book a trip on the website and it doesnt push to the Ap Under my trips it still says there arent any when Ive revived the email confirmation Big flaw Then I contact customer service and they are dicks about it Really nice Web doesnt sync
Zero star Tried booking round trip App kept changing dates after I changed dates SO round trip could only be booked on ONESAME day Called customer service they asked if I was on website I said no I already told you I was using one of your smartphone applications After reading other reviews on this occasion I only did that after I had trouble bad idea its obvious that this app is 999999 non functional Plus its not even integrated with Passbook Just say no Dont Download

This alone is a reason to get the app So far seems to be working well This uses passbook wallet

Why is this app 16 MB It took 30 mins to download while on the buss dreadfully slow wifi And who hired the Wifi login web designer When logging in it asks for your email and as soon as the keyboard loads it freezes the iPhone Its as if the developer put it some kind of JavaScript key logger I tried this on 3 separate iOS devises and I see other struggling Why does this company want to harvest my email in this way Who are they selling my private information to 110 iOS App 110 wifi 110 bus comfort 210 staff politeness 110 customer service I will not be recommending BoltBus to anyone AWFUL
Driver drove like an idiot Stayed in lefthand lane so no one could pass around him This is an accident waiting for a place to happen Do not ride
When changing a departure day on a calendar it just reverts back to the original date still even after the update Also shows any fare over 10 as 1 until you get to the checkout screen which is false advertising iOS 8 version is even worse
Doesnt even store and manage your purchased tickets to be able to easily grab them to board Disappointing Not particularly helpful

My checkout process was fine but why am I not able to view my reservation in the app or the code so I can show the driver my code its just silly to check out but not view the reservation after the app is lacking
