This app despises me and makes me wonder if we really love our pets This app removes any sense of individuality For what Doing a trick or not showing affection This app needs to be removed and person that thought it up should be thrown in a fire NOW     Animal cruelty

This is the best dog trainer if have ever used even not counting the ease of controlling the collar with your iPhone I have the BF22 collar which is the only one I have seen that has training antibark and containment all in one The training function is awesome You get a set of different tones that are quite distinct so the dog can easly hear the difference between each They tell you to use each tone as a command que and also as a reward when the dog obeys Very unique twist on tone training and it seems to work with my dog There are 3 selectable shock buttons on the training screen and you can go to settings to trim the intensity and time duration of each button very cool You can taylor the stimulus to your own dog The bark control has a bunch of different modes One distinguishes between nuisance barking and intruder barking I have not been able to test this but if it works thats also pretty cool The electronic fence screen lets you turn the containment on and off without bothering with the collar I did not get the advertised 400 ft max range but i did get a reliable 300 ft which is about 5 times more than I need Also there are a lot of trees where I live The max range may be achievable in more open spaces like you would expect with a walkietalkie device Overall I describe the app and collar as AWESOME                 Really Cool Usefull App and Collar

These guys have great phone support and the collar works well up to about 150200 ft with direct line of sight That said the app is missing a couple things The fence should work with Bluetooth signal if desired The dense should also be able to be turned off so when driving the color doesnt react to other peoples fences The other huge missing thing and missed opportunity for them is making the app work on the apple watch With the new software available this fall it could even be as a standalone on the watch Also two phones cant be connected to the collar at the same time Not sure why this is           Works good but

This product is incredible The problem I always had with training is remembering where I sat the remote last That is no longer a problem because my phone remote is always with me now The convenience of this app is phenomenal and I cant believe I once had to go running for the collars remote to train my dog across the house Also having the ability to turn the fencing system off when I want to go out of the zone to walk my dog is great Before I would have to turn the system off physically and then go my dog Now I just flip the switch on my phone and on we go Thank you this is truly making training an easier and more fun activity for me and my dog                 Thank you

Great app to go along with a great collar Both are simple and easy to use Lets you train contain and control your dogs barking all with a few buttons Hands down best dog collar Ive boughten great job high tech                 Great and easy app

Since owning this collar I have received both an App update and a firmware update to the collar In both instances there is no information given to the user regarding what is new The App has a main menu with a selection whats new but that contains the same old information My dog is easily trained by tones I can associate a tone for praise and a tone for correction My dog gets confused as the collar sends a tone when you turn it on Since tones are integrated into their training process this tone should be removed I have to take the collar into another room to turn it on Maybe this could be an option in the next update Also my dog heres the clicks when make selections on the app I need a silent option I have a small dog and would like to configure the stimulus to 0 1 and 2 Currently this is not possible I want 0 so he associates the sound the collar makes when selecting stimulus with a correction If his behavior is not changed I could then select 2 Dogs have awesome hearing the collar Tones are very loud I like having control using my cellphone it eliminates carrying a remote I am really hoping that more user options are added to their program and collar But for now it works but could be much better        Love the idea of over the air upgrades however

The last update added functionality for bark control and containment finally available for the iPhone which they did not advise me of the missing features when I purchased 3 collars months ago The latest update now makes the app unusable as it crashes upon choosing any of the three options after selecting the main menu        Needs Update
