Bloomberg for iPad

How about fixing Bloomberg Businessweek for those of us that actually PAY to use the app It is useless now           Businesswek

This is my favorite app                 Great

When I created a watch list thats what I want to see I dont want to have to collapse charts that you think Im interested in Give me back my watch list from older version or Im deleting this app     New version IRRITATING

New iPad widget Cool Oh still after an update it only shows two stocks from my watchlist even though there is obviously room for six Whats the point And why does it not show the two world markets as I have them customized in the actual app Bring back the full sized multi segmented awesome market overview widget that was at the top of the last versions And the option to sort news by popular Still after years ticker shows Generic 1st ABC Future come on Embarrassing     Fails all over

For the second day running all I get from Bloomberg at 7am is No headlines available and This article is currently unavailable The list of headlines flashes on the screen teasing you with a glimpse of newsy goodness then it all disappears This is an epic fail for what has erstwhile been a stellar app Very disappointed     Nothing available

Please bring back the previous iPhone version New app is terrible     Not a good upgrade

Having the best worst daily changes tfrom my watch list Leaders Laggards show up in Notifications is a good example of thoughtful integration Earlier issues I had with this were resolved              Great features

The old Bloomberg app was unstable as it was but I loved the ability to spar with my finance colleagues in the posting sections Never ever rely upon the financial data in this app to be current Always use a corroborative secondary source before you make a trading decision The perspectives of individual Bloomberg subscribers was often brilliant and engagingespecially when exposing poorly researched articles rabid political bias and pubescent thinking Bloombergs editors likely got tired of being embarrasseddaily I suspect they removed the blogging sections from this current version to ease that pain This is much easier than getting rid of a handful of jack journalist who overshadow the pros     Cowardly Journalism App Crashes

Alter the last update it stop working The app does not open anymore By the way the previous version yellow one was much better     Stop working afete last update

I use the app for financial information Recent upgrades to allow multiple portfolios is appreciated The increasingly blatant Democratic National Committee participation in newswriting is sickmaking however I do not need my financial news provider to inform me of the astonishing news recently that the Obama administration is probusiness and has been great for business from the outset Really     Long time subscriber

The app is great but as many developers are moving towered making market data easier to visualize Bloomberg should do the the same too Add candle charters and this app will be spectacular     The app is great

Lost my watch list Tries to do to much My go to business app not as easy or fun to use Info still worthwhile just a pain to access Please fix it        Older version better

Lost the simple organization the older version had and whats with color palette just gaudy        Bring back the previous version

I do not wish to have my eyeballs held hostage by ads that I dont care about but cant cancel while they block content So disrespectful     Ads are too much

Bloomberg used to allow comments to their often poorly written biased reporting No more comments criticizing the emperor This is a form of censorship They do not want you to think for yourself Just agree with their viewpoint or shut up     Propaganda Garbage

I used to use this app every day starting with first thing in the morning I got all my news updates and also tracked my portfolio It still works fine on the iPhone but that isnt for long stretches of reading I use the iPad version for that However over the last nine months the upgrades to the iPad version have actually made the functionality worse Sure there are some fancy features and layouts but if the app crashes every time you try to read the news details whats the point I have written at least three times to the developers but the crashing problem is still not fixed If nothing else someone should acknowledge that THERE IS A PROBLEM and let us know when the fix can be expected I will soon get to the point if not opening this app at all        Used to be my everyday source of important news

Did you take stenography in college or did you learn code Constantly Crashes and latest update caused Dow Futures and Nasdaq Futures to disappear What gives And they pay you for this subpar performance Please earn your keep and make it work properly That is the least you can do     Why cant you boys and girls get it right

The Bloomberg suite of applications from Bloomberg to Bloomberg TV and on is the only reason I even bought an Apple product I believe that is what one should call enough said especially coming from a loyal BlackBerry customer However the most recent update of the Bloomberg Business app has a bug which reorganises the order of all your watchlists randomly and without reprieve despite constant attempts to reorganise it to no avail This is the most annoying thing I have ever encountered in my entire life but at least I can still watch Mark Crumpton Where did oil close I cant tell because that future chart was randomly deleted from my customised watchlist thanks Please help                 The Only Reason I Own an iPad

The latest update was crashing but now pulls up It is still slower loading up than a couple of versions earlier              New version working now

I would love this app except I cant get the watch list to work Ive tried several times to delete and add stock tickers It lets me edit but when I come back to the app the changes are gone        Watch list edits dont take

Content is greatquotesnews articles and political coverage are unsurpassed Tip of the hat to Mark and John Once the app is speeded up and stops crashing it gets five stars           This is a great app but continuously crashes

The content is good but the app crashes quite often You will also en up seeing the same ad dozens upon dozens of times if you watch any of the videos           Good content Lots of the same ad crashes

This used to be my goto app every day I know developers work extremely hard but this major overhaul was unnecessary     Horrible update

This app has become so slow since the latest rash of upgrades The watchlist layout makes no sense and is hard to manage The addition of all the ads and the completely infuriating full screen splash ad has put me on the verge of uninstalling completely I suppose they are using some kind of 3rd party ad generation so the app is always waiting for some other ad server to cough up its content for me to ignore Pity the app WAS the goto app for business particularly for retirement planning        Slow and cumbersome

Please fix the bugs AGAIN Its the same problem that happened before The current version is not working on IPad 2 under both IOS7 and IOS8 It only opens once right after I have downloaded it then the screen is stagnated when I try to open the app again I have tried deleting it and redownloading it but it doesnt fix the problem So please fix it ASAP        Dear developers

This app crashes stutters puts you to sleep waiting for it to update It was a great tool resource but all of the updates to improve it have ruined it Try another app first I tried them second just trying to save you time and grief     Ruined

The articles in market or industry specific news arent relevant In the previous version you could access specific and relevant news by the specific market or industry and now when trying to do the same the news articles are not relevant enough        Market Industry News

If this app could talk it would say please wait almost continuously Almost everything it does is sluggish even with a very fast internet connection and most other apps shut down All the other news apps I use such as BBC Reuters the Economist and the New York Times are far more responsive To its credit the Bloomberg news and data content are usually very worthwhile           Good Content but Slow

I found the simplicity in older versions much better In addition to limited view on home screen and other complications I find the app frequently crashes     Too complicated

This app is great especially for being a free app It really builds Bloombergs name as a leader and I wish for this app to become more popular so that enhancements can be received even quicker This app will give you a wealth of knowledge you might not realize the full functionality in just a day or two but you can hop from stock to stock and then into indexes and into world news They get it you can play a video and minimize it while browsing around for the next interesting piece of information You can even quickly move to another app while the audio keeps playing for the previous video that you were listening to This app is meant for agility Learn it over a few days and then youll get very efficient towards jumping around from one wealth of knowledge to the next Thanks Bloomberg                 Top StockEconomic App
