How it Works

1. Download the Block Live app.

2. Select a Tax Professional from our national network of specially trained online Tax Professionals.

3. Start working with an available online Tax Professional immediately, or setup an online appointment for a time that`s most convenient for you.

4. Choose the Block Live communication option that works best for you:

a. Video conference

b. Chat

c. Telephone

5. Use your iPad, scanner, camera or smart phone to easily upload your documents securely to Block Live. Or if you prefer, fax your documents to us.

6. Your Tax Pro will ask questions to make sure we are uncovering every credit or deduction you may qualify for. Once we’ve reviewed the return with you, we’ll complete and file on your behalf. Only pay when you`re satisfied.
