It was working fine until I paid for upgrade How do I get a refund Crashes as soon as it opens
Prices seldom if ever update and contacting them for support is useless because they dont care to respond But they still care enough to accept that dollar for the upgrade Helpful When It Works
I use this app to check on how crude oil and gold is doing I need to check the stocks everyday for my accounting class so instead waiting for websites to load all I have to do is wait for the app to load Good app

I used BlackGold for a year and it worked well Now it only opens to the Splash Screen then closes I have restarted my iPhone but no luck I uninstalled and reinstalled but BlackGold will only open to the Splash Screen then close It will no longer work on an iPhone version 712 BlackGold Wont Open
Butt i do hope the high rating would lead to more options like 5 day trading in future updates Thanks Not Perfect

Upgraded to the 099 version and once you open up the larger graphs you cant exit the screen Upgraded version not working

This app used to update every few minutes giving you almost real time info Now it only happens once a day I deleted this app and downloaded Arrow oil and gas It is much better with real time updates Only updates at end of the day
The app does not show the price which is why I bought it in the first place I emailed customer support twice and got no response The only reason I gave it one star is for the potential that it could be a good appif it worked Do not waste your time or money

As others noted about 120 it started crashing upon opening It opens now but only in free version Restore upgrade works for that use but is lost when the app is closed Have to repeat restore upgrade each time app is opened Very annoying Working again sort of

This app is extremely accurate and excellent gauging volatility within the market concerning energy the graphs are well designed and show market flux nicely I recommend this app to anyone involved in the oil and gas industry or anyone who has interest in the energy market Great App

Ive been using Black Gold for several years and have always had good luck with it Last week it stopped working I tried turning phone on and off and reinstalling it with no luck Please fix the problem Stopped working

Used to hold customizations but no longer Does not keep your state gas setting It also daily shoots an oil price off the chart then a short time later falls to the then current price Sometimes this happens every hour and you no longer have a clue as to the real price of crude is it the higher or the lower price Frequently prices are missing or just never load and the wheel just spins forever Great app when it works but that is not often If they would really fix it I would give it 5stars but as is I can only give it 2 stars Very buggy

UPDATE 112014 it works great for crude oil painful to watch the dramatic downside gold and gasoline But natural gas and heating oil show a graph but no values Previous review The previous update was a total mess I contacted support and let them know how I felt Now its been change back the way it was works fantastic thanks support team Not displaying all the data
