What did you do Where are my boards that I spent hours customizing And now that I m recreating them how can I keep this from happening again And the app freezes up and closes It takes a full minute to open and tells me my login is wrong I am very frustrated with this app since the updates     What Happened Sad SLP

This used to be the best app I recommended it to many people Today I opened it up and everything had been deleted and there was a message that I needed to update my app I updated but still everything I spent hours setting up was gone On top of that now everything I had downloaded for free are all in app purchases There s no way I ll pay this company and chance that they will clear out my data all over again This went from my favorite app to one I am now sadly deleting     This app deleted all my custom content IcyBlueRose

I loved this app I was able to download pre made boards and modify I created tons of boards based on what my clients needed I was able to track my clients progress It was absolutely the best app I ever had I recommended it to all my parents and colleagues And then one day and everything was gone Everything I worked so hard creating and formulating gone I tried to find them and redownload but nothing So disappointed I wish there would have been some sort of notice letting me know that it was changing I would have paid the 4 99 to keep my boards So sad     Amazing to Terrible Kberri18

Look below to see my five star review I ve now changed it to one and I m deleting this useless app The update not only deleted my accounts but also made the app nearly unplayable My son is pre K and used to spend hours tracing words and proudly showing me his work There are now a lot of confusing downloads to games that no longer function and ones that want my money After my son FINALLY was able to finish tracing a word with the now broken word tracing game it immediately skipped to the next word without us being able to see his work No more of the cute encouragement sounds The letter tracing is why I had the app in the first place I m deleting this and finding something that works Bye Bitsboard OLD REVIEW Sorry for the long review but this app deserves some praise I had to tear my phone away from my son to write this review This app is completely free and we never encountered a single ad for the hour we ve played so far My son JUST turned 4 He is able to navigate the pages by himself with no problem The games require no instruction The letter tracing is the best of any of the apps out there BY FAR And I ve tried a lot of them My son tends to gets frustrated by controls in other apps that are too sensitive I ve tried some myself and understand how hard it can be This one does make you start again if you miss but it allows more wiggle room for error and makes funny sounds when you do miss And the best part is that it makes you write each letter how you are actually supposed to hand write Imagine that D I personally love the introduction to recognizing words and phrases You are given a vocal clue an must find the spoken words on the flash cards below My son can t quite read yet but this is introducing him to the next step I m so amazed just by watching him play this Also my son loves the encouraging word after successfully completing each task Sweet Awesome And after a few you get a sticker to add to a picture The only weird thing so far is the flash cards The letters are drawn into pictures and the numbers are tiny I d recommend a different way to teach kids numbers and letters at first This app is more for 3 6 age group to practice dexterity and basic kindergarten skills Most in this age group should already know how to recognize the numbers letters and shapes basically Everyone with a young child and a smart device should download this app I can t believe it s free and devoid of ads 0 o Seems too good to be true based on my experience of greedy app developers lol I d give this app 8 out of 5 stars and that s even with the wonky flash cards     UPDATE RUINED THE APP MommaOfMayhem

I sat down to add to my boards today and was disappointed to find that all of my custom boards were gone and all but one user remained I spent a lot of time customizing my boards and relied on them for student instruction The thought of the amount of time it will take me to recreate them is daunting and it is likely that I won t be able to remember all of what was on them in the first place When this app works it is fantastic Right now it is unreliable I have been recommending it to teachers and speech pathologists Now I hesitate to do so I thought it was me until I read that someone else experienced the same thing after the update     Disappointing update Eljaydee61012
