Having to install the app just to find out the delivery area is lame having the app hang and not log in at all more so I dont have time to mess with a company that forces install of a buggy app to try to get basic info Cant connect to server
Later the app now Sept 2015 seem not to be working at all so I dont know if this delivery service still exists I havent been able to get any deliveries in weeks Before that I had maybe 15 or 20 deliveries mostly the food is good and comes quickly but its only lukewarm at best in its generally soggy paper box The main problem EVERY TIME I use this I have to correct the address from what the GPS says is my address even then half the time the change doesnt stay in the system and it wont add my apartment number so each delivery person has to call to get the actual address Two days ago however it claimed my address wasnt in the delivery area but it did recognize my address today I ordered empanadas which Ive had before Half an hour later someone called and said the driver didnt have anymore empanadas would I like a taco No I wouldnt so I assumed this would just be a routine failed delivery which happens a lot with Bite Kite But I checked my online bank card and discovered that a 10 charge had been made on my account Good food TERRIBLE app

The food is by far the best I have ever tasted The speed of the service is amazing Awesome app great food
I purchased lunch today through this app When I was delivered the guy asked for vincent I immediately looked at my account information and it seemed to have logged me in as an entirely different user I was able to order food and charge this unknowingly to another users credit card without any verification This is a HUGE Security issue and needs to be addressed After emailing support I was simply instructed to log out No explanation as to why I was logged in as someone else and how secure payment details are I would steer clear of this company until they work this out Other than the security issue the food is great and delivery is quick in Somerville NOT SECURE
