Just upgraded this App a month or so ago because I liked it so much Now with latest update this App is horrible I recommended it to many friends now would not recommend to my dog I contacted them and they were no help at all in fact got down right rude I have dropped them Use to be Great now horrible

ALWAYS I have problems with this app When I try to download a photo always it says Oh no Some Unexpected error ocurred Wait some seconds and try again but the seconds become hours too slow Bad app
I love this app But I tried to add a video to the card and when it posted to fb the video was no where to be found So disappointing because it took a lot of effort to get the video in the first place My husband is out on a fire detail and the card was for his dad so I had to coordinate with him and then had to do a recording of a recording because this app only allows you to attach a live recorded video After all that no video with the card Heartbroken Normally
I use to love this app but now the only pictures I can get to from the app are mine Its kind of hard to send the cool personal cards I was sending when I cant get to my friends pictures anymore I will be deleting this app Dont like new update

Why cant I put a picture of just the person on the card Im wanting to send I want the picture to be about them I dont want my Picture on it I dont like the idea that you guys choose what pictures I want to put on the card I had considered doing the year subscription Not until thus is changed I HATES THE PICTURE THANK
When I first started using this app I loved it I used it for all my cards for birthdays and anniversaries both printed and ecards I recommended it for others as well However more recently I have had a lot of issues with the app closing on me when I would try to add photos IMPORTANT I do NOT recommend getting prepaid cards as they are nonrefundable I bought 5 and have only been able to use 2 They are trying to get my app to work againif it happens I will recommend them to others Its not as good as it used to be

I like this app Although it is not totally free as some advertisements suggest ECards are always free Printed cards naturally are not free due to the cost to print it Which I understand and am okay with It cannot possibly be 100 free because the company would then go out of business The E Cards always free do show up small on a FB news feed but they look wonderful when they are clicked open and appear much larger Within an email they look wonderful as well and I am very happy with this application Much Thanks to CleverBug Like it love it
This is my favorite app for making and creating cards The option of sending an ecard or traditional card is nice Speaking of traditional cards the paper weight and quality of the traditional cards are top notch Additionally the cards Ive sent have been received within or before the projected timeline It doesnt get much better than that Superb Card Making App

I love the cards BUT two things I greatly miss 1 Being able to schedule the card at least a week ahead of time 2 Being able to use the persons Facebook photos This is a huge minus Please fix it so these items make your site a 5 Photos and timing

Disappointed that after the trouble of making a lovely card and paying for just a month of use NOT free the card was displayed very small on Facebook and was nothing but a glorified advertisement of the app And it indicated it was free right above the card when I had paid Rip off Self advertising app

This is a shame that I have to write this but I cant use the app to do any cards because now its turned out to just wanting your Facebook contacts it was all your information otherwise it dont work at it locks up and Ive even paid for cards something most people would never doThe past five OK Asians that came up that I wanted to use the card theres a up his plate around with me and not let me be able to So now I will delete it Do not download
I had no problem until a few months ago and it would let me get pictures from Facebook I tried everything that clever cards said to do and nothing worked A lot of the cards you have to pay for now to send an e card also I have found other apps that do what I need with no hassle Clever cards
So I used this app to send a Fathers Day Card and everything seemed fine until my Dad called me and said he couldnt read the card This is because the cursive they use becomes completely pixelated and illegible after it is sent I contacted their customer service and they said it was my fault I would not recommend this app to anyone It is impossible for the recipient of the ecard to read their card so it just causes frustration This app was an utter waste of time Deleting from my phone right after this post ECARD TEXT NOT READABLE

1 I noticed that we can no longer obtain pictures from a persons Facebook photo album any longer that we can only use their profile picture When did that happen and why I think the cards were more personal this waybut maybe people did feel that this was a bit invasive so I can reluctantly accept that 2 Cards can only be posted for today or tomorrow when previously you can preorder cards months in advance Is there a reason why this has changed I hate the fact that I can no longer order cards for my friends about a month or more in advance Please fix thisthe convenience is one of the main reasons I subscribed This change is VERY upsetting for me Sent from my iPad From 5 Star to Two Service Changed Negatively
