I use this to focus I set it to induce Alpha activity and go from scattered and distracted to clear and focused I use it up to 6 hours a day taking breaks every 90 minutes Also sometimes use the same frequency during meditation and for similar effects It can run very quietly and even under music but I personally prefer just to use it at moderate volume as white noise Big thanks to the developer Life changing Mickey Bones
This app is clean unobtrusive and simple It does what it needs to do and lets you get on with the business of tuning in the state you want I can t recommend it enough Quite pleased ardualabs
This app is really simple the main screen acts as a slider for the frequency There is an option to add rain and a separate slider for that as well Each mode is very obvious in what it does Works well Adding more features such as change of frequency over time or preset routines would be great I d definitely go premium for those features Beautiful UI Simple JSantiago13

Love the app The sounds really are fascinating I especially love the theta waves the rain noise and the timer I just hate that I cant sleep with headphones on and dont have any kind of speaker right now to make the sound louder if only the lower hz sounds were a tad bit louder But thats just me Great app

First of all I really like this I really want to use this for lucid dreaming and it would be cool if I could fall asleep to thetadelta and then a few hours later have it transition to gamma Not sure how it would work but I think that could trigger a lucidextremely vivid dream Just a thing to consider Lucid Dreaming

I really like the ease of using this app However like most binaural beat apps Ive used Im not sure what varying the hertz within each wave would do Whats the difference between 11Hz and 10Hz within an alpha state Maybe there is none but this is never explained well Great simple UI

I like the app a lot What doesnt work for me is the app Has asked me to play 2x to unlock the features I unlocked it and had rain for all of 30 seconds and this morning its asking me to pay again Ask me to pay 2x
Im not sure if this app is responsible for my very sound sleep the past week however Ive not done anything else different but start using this app so Ill keep using it and see if I keep enjoying restful sleep The only thing Id like to see in the app itself 1 timer 2 Clear expiation when you tap the app about how to adjust the frequencies I tapped on the app today and there are difference settings there but I would like an area where I read what setting is best for what and why Download and try it for yourself after all is drug free None

This app unlike most binural apps retains to a very simple design layout as well as function It is EXTREMELY effective matching or going beyond the competition in such a way that flexibility is not even NEEDED with this clever hasslefree design All it takes is a second to get to your desired frequency as other apps make you tune all of these other factors in the sound which can be quite annoying I practice my instruments while listening to this and i cannot believe the difference it makes while im playing as it relieves all tensions inside me Thank you so much for this brilliant app Amazing yet simplistic

Tried repeatedly to pay the 299 to get the expanded version but it refuses to let me get it or says my password is wrong which it isnt since just used it to buy several other apps The design and usability is excellent but my advice to the developers is figure out why it cant be purchased Im on a new iPhone 6 or you will lose a lot of money I cant be the only one finding this problem Great app so far but

I had 7 different happy dreams in one night last night and 1 astral projection this last one was the best experience for me when I felt vibrations in my body I remember people on internet saying that you have to wake up slowly so I did that I was moving and floating crossing over walls only with my thoughts all over my house from one room to another but I dont know what I did wrong because I woke up like after 2 minutes later I cant wait to try again this night binaural beats at 55 theta sounds Perfect
When I first downloaded this app it work perfectly and the sound was exceedingly relaxing the best way I can describe it was rounded pulses of calming sound but after the update I noticed the sound was different like the gain is turned up to the point where I can no longer explore the higher frequencies because its just too harsh on my ears I even tried to uninstall and reinstall but it still did not fix the sound issue Im having Im really sad about it because this used to be my favorite app to use on my phone Quality lost

I have purchased a number of isochronic and binaural apps over the last several months I have found this to be one of the better apps offered I enjoy the simplicity of use as well as the functionality I find that the app is effective in relaxation and interestingly enough a number of body sensations and closed eye visuals Set the frequency to 55 Hz and experience uncontrolled facial movements Set it even lower and feel muscles twitch As I said interesting events I appreciate the developer for building this app and sharing Easy to use
