Keeps crashing Very embarrassing The developers need to get their act together     Works 50 percent of the time

I was trying to find an application like this for a long time Im a taxi driver and I always wanted to process credit card transactions from my cab But this application goes beyond and allows the customer to enter his signature and leave a tip Awesome                 Excellent

I just updated to 30 so that I can use quality apps and gain new features This is an amazing unity of design and I know some of you on here love to just shine on little things but I have to say the guys behind this app have done a wonderful looking credit card terminal solution One of my favorite features is the signature section At first I was not sure but once I touched and drew my name I knew this was an awsome investment for my business Not only is this cool and feels new but the learning curve is nada I sent some suggestions on new features via their website feedback and they even replied back fairly quickly thanking me for the suggestions I had made I might switch over to their merchant services package just because I like the support thus far Their website also make me feel at ease whereby as I was shopping around some of the other solutions did not even reply back to my emails nor did their site have much info about any of the services or details on the app they sell Some of the bigger name software co should take notice and see how it is done Any ways this is all I have to say I am looking forward to new features and the next update Great App                 iPod Touch Love

The signature capability doesnt do ANYTHING I compared rates with others and this is STILL more expensive even with signature acceptance Seems cool but why ask customer to use clunky feature when it does no good for me I dont know Im not excited by it     Expensive account

Extremely easy to use great integration with my merchant service I highly recommend this if you need to process cards away from the storeshop Looking forward to the next update with additional information input                 Just what I needed

I have been using authorizenet for years and now I can say that anyone using authorizenet will love this app as much as I do It is so muh fun to use and my customers are amazed by the cool interface Adding this developer to my watch list Good work                 I Love this app

After I update my iPhone4 to iOS5 cant start this app Please update it ASAP Im daily user              iOS5

It is very difficult to set a tip amount since the bar is not accurate I rather to type just a number I tried to charge 15 tip I could get 17141218 etc but took time to get 15              The tip part needs work

We have been trying to cancel our account with spartadata the company that handles our credit card service using this app The phone number they list sends you to an answering service that takes your information and says an account manager will call you back promptly we called numerous times got the same treatment every time and no calls from anyone We are still being charged 25 dollars a month and have no outlet to cancel our service DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP it seems this company is a fraud     BEWARE OF THIS APP

Thank you for releasing this superb update to an already excellent app After using it while on the road and while attending quarterly expos I must say it helps me make sales as my customers always find it to be very cool and engaging to use when they sign right on the iphone I am looking forward to the next update                 Superb product and support

While the interface is nice I couldnt get the app to work Ive been using Authorizenet to process my credit cards at my business for almost 2 years now so according to their website set up should be a breeze It seemed to be but I got an error that their support people hadnt seen before even after going through the setup twice checking for every possible data entry error After a few emails back and forth with them suggesting that I should call Authorizenet when it was their app thats giving the error I gave up Id like my 20 back but Im afraid it will take much more than 20s worth of time to get it after the nosupport effort When you have business partners which they appear to be with Authorizenet you have to be able to solve problems not shift the blame to each other     Looks cool wont work

Nice graphics but the actual experience was not all that I was expecting Too bad Also the app is pretty expensive given some of the other alternatives out there     Flashy but no good

I am not too technical and was initially worry about the setup and functionality but as soon as I started using it each feature was easy to understand and use I was up and accepting payments within minutes                 very easy to use credit card transaction app

I just downloaded this Ap on Saturday to use at an outdoor event on Sunday Instructions for setup were good and it was easy to navigate I had one small glitch a setting in my Authorizenet account The iphone would show the transaction as declined but it was being approved and recorded by authorizenet I emailed SpartadataI received an email back within a couple of hours along with a phone number to call I spoke with Mike who proceeded to troubleshoot and fix my setting within 2 hours remember this is on a Saturday I am extremely pleased with both the functionality of the program and the extraordinary customer support                 Great Ap with Great Support

Judy Billing Credit Card Terminal is a Free Billing app without any requirement for merchant account or merchant account signup Spartadata is a software developer whom provide the app and in some cases can pair you with an affiliate merchant provider if you are not yet processing credit cards and require an account I do suggest you reach out to whomever is billing your account each month in this case it would be considered your merchant provider and request your account canceled We understand you must be frustrated but posting negative reviews on a free billing app and labeling fraud in the same review is a bit over the top When you cancel your account with whomever you are using and wish to process payments again at a later time rest assured Billing Credit Card Terminal will be there ready for you to simply configure the settings and be back in business in no time Good Luck and do a little research before you spam the rating systems for honest free apps                 RE Judy Dunlavy Its a Free app No Merchant Account Requirement

The interface is fantastic setup is a breeze and even my barelytechliterate father found that running through the demo once was sufficient enough for him to learn how to move through the app Intuitive interface and I LOVE that the customers can sign for themselves Excellent                 This app is swell

Might just be my 1st gen iPhone but it kept crashing and I had trouble setting up merchant acct Seemed these guys spent more time on the interface than the inner workings        Worked with hiccups

Love this app super fast transactions and instant visual feedback on every step Very easy to use I own a sports bar and I have all the waiters setup each with their own itouch replacing the previous bulky wireless ingenico terminals Now each transaction takes less time and tip with signature is gained without the need for paper rolls or lost pens New customers tend to want to play with the itouch while regular customers tend to leave the tip up higher then traditional paper setup In general I tend to be on the traditional technology works best and is more stable but it was due to this app and the light itouch that I really see the potential and benefits of this solution over the ingenico terminal Sometimes the itouch run out of power but that is another story I just purchased the new iphone white and just purchased this for it hoping to use it as soon as I go into work in the morning All I need now is a replacement to my register system ahaha I think this app was for sale because it is now 19 however I do not mind paying what it is really worth If it went up in price again I will have no choice as I am hooked on this thing Some other ones sell for less and others for more yet tip and customer signature is the most important thing to our business I wonder if there will be extra equipment offered for swipe We will see if anyone is like me and runs a business you will see what I mean once they get used to using this app Great Value                 Exactly as Advertised and Great Value vs 50 and 30 lesser products
