I have never been able to connect to a bright house hot spot Where are they Useless
I have tried joining over 10 times and can not join via iPhone or iPad Called bright house Reset pass word and still unable to join Use my iPad for work and have to wait till I am in my home to document Just one more disappoint with bright house I talked to a verizon guy and he said if I buy iPad from verizon I will almost always have internet access Anybody know about using an iPad purchased at verizon So thats it no hot spots for me from bright house Not helpful

I was at a stop light at the signal station for a wifi spot for a fleeting moment while sitting at the light my emails updated on their own as well as all the other internet functions on my phone Also stopped at a nearby BH Spot and easily connected It would be nice if there were More hot spots but this is cool Not bad

High speed I think is considered the secondtier up in BH Internet network if hotspots dont work for you that might be the problem otherwise it seems to work excellent I use an iPhone 6 with no cellular service I think I saw an option when signing in to purchase temporary use it or it could be cable Wifi option Enjoy Good luck Not all BH cust can access free hotspots
Does not work Im only a few feet away from my house and it doesnt even show up on the map just shows the same 1 person it always shows and I cant even sign into it or anything Brighthouse wifi app

It showed BHN hotspots close your in the Palmetto FL Walmart parking lot but the wifi was not accessible 71 yards Not Useful
It never worked properly Im a Brighthouse customer for sometime and Im really not surprised that this app was garbage its a Brighthouse trademark Stinks Waste of time

When Im out about need to use my phone BHN WiFi Cable WiFi pop up and when I try to use either one Im always told I am NOT ABLE TO JOIN Ive called BHN and they think Im stupid that there is no reason I shouldnt be able to sign on So as a result NOTHING is done I figure part of my enormous BHN Cable bill pays for this I want my money back Im NEVER ABLE TO JOIN
The app itself works great It locates not only Bright House hotspots but also any other wireless networks in the area In my area the hotspots are rather limited in number The few nearby are inside buildings not outside The outdoor hotspots only seem to have a range of about 025 of a mile I can only hope we further expand on this service in future Keep it up Bright House APP Works Limited Hotspots

I reported a hot spot that was down a month ago and they have yet to fix this problem when I talked to bright house in a chat they told me the business providing the hotspot needed to contact them There is no business running it bright house runs the one in question No help from bright house
This app does exactly what its advertised to do find BHN hotspots and it does a great job at doing that In my location there are tons of hotspots put up by businesses and BHN so Im never far from one Great BHN wifi finder

Just the most stupid thing ever I had Cablevision on Long Island we had hotspots they worked once I logged into the network my info was saved for future use Here I cant even log in much less use the hot spots Totally Useless a Major Waste of MY valuable time trying to get it to work When I call they BH cant understand why Im having a problem Maybe when I decide to change carriers Ill have a problem telling them why NEVER WORKS

It shows all the local wifi networks but they are all locked The whole purpose of this app is to show where you can get free wifi hot spots from brighthouse and it does not do this There is no point in showing other wifi zones that you have no access to Useless

In the area where I live I find myself switching back to my cell connection in order to use the Internet Most times when this app connects to a hotspot there is an endless amount of adds popping up Where is the benefit in the use Poor connections
