I love this APP still and use it the most for songwriting but it lacks frequent updates and crashes often Folders would be immensely helpful along with better sorting functions As far as the record feature it only works within the app unless you edit the file in your DAWS However I still prefer it over any other app for songwriting ORIGINAL REVEW 4 Stars I have found Prompter Pro an invaluable tool for songwriting performing and also producing showcases and artist notes for my podcast I have had some trouble with recordings deleting but that could be OE and I use other tools to record anyway Would love to be able to import export text docs mp3 So that I don t have to copy paste everything from mail Also would love a lock on the edit button so that I don t go into edit mode when scrolling performing etc as it makes me lose flow Thanks             Invaluable for songwriters but needs upgrading Calico - Rancho California

First gripe though is that font does not get bigger than 30 come on you youngsters How about size 60 I need to read it from about four feet away so here I am squinting at the camera Please add larger font sizes                 Not bad at all W opt

When in edit mode for revising text the scrolling function usually is quite unstable I tap on a word I want to edit and the screen will move the pointer flashing I several lines above or below where I tap Very hard to get the pointer to stay where I tap That s my only complaint about a great app Update looks like my problem has been resolved thanks                     Great but not perfect theHeyGuy

This app is indispensable for me I create my own lyric sheets just the way I like them and this app makes it easy You can set the scroll speed as you like and just let the lyrics come up as you sing and play I like to pit the chords above the lyrics and that s easy to do too just leave room by putting each stanza 3 lines apart by hitting enter a couple of times This app is well worth the price Of course there is room for improvement There always is But for the cost of this app and its ease of use its functionality I give it 5 stars So glad I found it I use it all the time                     Great for musicians singer songwriters Steamroller12

I think this is am amazing product Well thought out I wish that the scrolling and audio could be linked at my option though I like that they are not linked at times also because I am able to practice better that way Also I think the app needs larger font sizes available Also needs the ability to import word pages and PDF docs An app of a professional nature would not make me try to scroll through documents copying on the ipad and would have a simple import feature All that said the app is strong and works well to help me prepare for my public speaking engagements I can use it both in practice and live if I have not memorized my speech Thank you for this app             Great Product AOA DOC

I could not get past my first document I hand created a very simple HTML document and imported it with dropbox No matter what I tried the app would only display my document in a 3 inch column as if I were on an iPhone not an iPad Most of the screen was whitespace with this silly little column of text Totally useless I tried reformatting the document and simplifying it even further but this app simply is not able to import HTML effectively even very simple HTML It ignores most of the styles and produces unreadable text Unreadable is not a selling point for a prompter     Bad document handling chadananda

How can one advertise a program or app that is a professional teleprompter for business purposes that does not support importing of doc or PDF files Plus every time I go to my Dropbox I get asked if I want to create a file and when I do it just kicks me out of the file and I can t get to my files             Does NOT support doc files finkgx

Nicely written app but I did find that the navigation features available in playback ie jump to headings are unavailable during edit mode and when you switch from playback to edit mode it loses your place Long texts are therefore hard to edit as you can t easily find where you were prior to entering edit mode             nice but not too user friendly port3f8

Everything works great from a podium standpoint But this app is missing one crucial feature iOS to iOS device remote controls over Bluetooth and Wifi 5 stars is that is implemented It s a true teleprompter without this feature         Remote Feature Needed videopro21

WE are very Impressed Its Just Like a TV Studio TelePrompter except better in that it functions with the iPad and the iPhone As an Isagenix Consultant I have to deliver a canned speech to a world wide audience every week This tele conference has a finite 55 minute limit therefore timed delivery is critical Being presenter 5 of 6 my Segment has to be spot on as to timing This amazing APP solves this issue big time The App also has a MIRROR view so the screen can be faced UP in to a semi reflective surface used in Video or TV tele prompting so the presenter is looking directly into the Camera Lens while reading one s Segment Editing is very Simple Scroll Speed is fully adjustable Since the iPad is touch screen if the presenter gets ahead or behind you or your producer can use ones finger or stylus to push up or pull down the scrolling text to bet back in Sync Could not be more pleased                     Just Like a TV Studio TelePrompter JimWilson.BocaRaton

I have the script showing on my Apple TV and I was able to send the audio to my Mac Book Pro where I can play it over my Bose SoundLink Wireless Speaker This allows me to not only have my own prompter but let my audience read it along with me on the larger screen I don t have to read it out loud since I already recorded it and just play it from my laptop computer This is an easy way to give a lecture The audio file had to be changed through a device I found called IMA4 Dropper This changes it into a CAF file but it should be opened with QuickTime Other than this extra work the app is a very nice addition to my iPad apps                 Love it Eng.user

I have been using this program to make small screen videos for application instruction Because it s difficult for me to ad lib clean thought out directions while running the application I have written directions which I ve read into prompter pro and then played back while making an audio screen movie of the program in action As long as I get the the speaker of my iPad close to my computer s microphone and have my pacing down then it s so much more successful and quicker I have a lot of videos to do so I m very happy with this program                     Great tool vicpastern

This is a very positive functional program app The draw back is found in moving your regular word processor type of documents into the app The help section does not explain how to effectively work this app in changing your docs to a doc this app will except I suggest that you go to U Tube type UTF 8 to find the help you need         UTF 8 Encoding Olen Bruner

Being a low vision user I needed something that would allow me to see large text with a lot of contrast and this does Since it scrolls I can read scriptures as I teach sing songs while reading the lyrics when playing the piano as well as do other presentatiopns It has proven to be a Godsend for me I only wish that I could get to Dropbox directly from it but still I m so pleased to have it that I ll go through the couple of steps it takes to get the document in it anyway                     Just What I Needed Rapurdy

I teach in a masters level program and this is very handy for my lectures I can run the prompter on my iPad while the PowerPoint is running on the projection screen Editing is easy once you get the hang of it I can save lectures easily I love how you can speed up the prompter or slow it down I can also manually advance it with ease                     Just what I needed Iphonechickie

I m a minister and have been looking for the perfect presentation app After researching several teleprompting apps I bought this one because of the customizable features I like to highlight certain things and create specific colored font for specific headings in a message This app lets me do all that and much more Almost everything can be adjusted on the fly and it even lets me record while I speak and the recording sounds crystal clear HIghly impressed by the features and many options Love it so far But as with any app it s not perfect The editing is left slightly wanting because when you add color or font changes to your manuscript you merely see the command to do so as you edit You cannot actually see the change unless you leave the editing option which is done with only one button so it s not a huge inconvenience But when you go back into editing mode it bumps you back up to the top of the document and you then have to scroll back down to where you made the font change and continue from there While its an inconvenience its certainly not a deal breaker I m told these issues could be fixed with a wysiwyg what you see is what you get function An update perhaps could fix it in the future There is also a button on the bottom in presentation mode that bumps you back up to the the beginning of the presentation It is eerily close to the speed arrow and I m fearful I might bump it at any moment in the middle of a message completely losing my place I personally wish that function was not even there The concerns are very minor I m extremely pleased with the functionality so far and believe this will become the only presentation program I use Pros Great edit features Presentation font colors and highlights Several on the fly adjustment options Great recording quality Cons Cannot see your changes as you re making them Reset button could possibly be bumped during a presentation Fix those two things and I d give it 5 stars in a heartbeat If you want a way to customize what you see on the teleprompter mode this is it And for only 3 99 I d tell anyone to buy it                 So Customizable edit4

I have the 64GB latest iPod and I can t get this App To function I ve purchased about 60 Apps So far and this is the Only one which will not even OPEN The company will not respond to e mails and the Apple store is also unhelpful I would recommend you avoid purchasing this product but as Mr Barnum once said     Not Good therealrfhenwulf
