I ve spent a huge amount of time just trying to connect the app with my my air purifier and even when I managed to complete that task I couldn t control the device Shortly after that the app simply told me it was offline and couldn t connect even after rebooting everything starting the app over etc I even tried scanning the QR code of the device and it just froze the app every time Wondering like the other review whether this is simply a scam to mine personal info How did Apple let this one pass muster     Buggy and simply doesn t work mr.cooger

This app is clunky and hard to use This might be because the writers are non English speaking and have very minimal English translation skills The app suffers from poor graphical interface and English translated instructions This app suffers from code errors making it impossible to connect with the air cleaning unit     Horrible coding Dave804

I just got my airdog air purifiers There was no manual in the box This app was difficult to find Set up is still not complete and I refuse to do so for the following reasons This product should be as simple to use as a toaster Why do I need to creat a username and password for an account To pair the app to the airdog it doesn t use your current wifi connection It asks you for you SSID and password Why Location services How much more personal information do you want Forgot your arbitrary password Try entering your phone number to get a code and use the right format I tried several formats and none worked In the end the foreign based company will have your location your phone number your wifi password maybe a common username and password you use for all of you accounts What more do you need so you can have an app tell you the machine is working     You need my location name and wifi password Matrixdave
