This is not super challenging but really stretches all those places you dont even know you need it I would highly recommend for mamas of all fitness levels I wish there were more videos I enjoy it so much Feels so good

Does each video have to get downloaded every time you want to do the workout This is not very practical as we dont have uncapped internet at home Cant use unless connected

This app crashes within one second of launch every time I try to open it Functionally its just an icon on my home screen nothing more Im running iOS 7 on an iPad Air Wont even open

Great for home practiceThe sessions are designed for an intermediate level but its easy to slip in adaptations are for poses I cant do Its a great gentle workout and soothing at the same time Highly recommend
