BCU Mobile Banking

I have been using this app for some time and it makes me proud to be a BCU member Havent had any issues at all with its functionality or found any bugs like crashing or index errors Give me Bill Pay and Ill work with apple to get 6 stars                 Just needs bill pay

consistently if the check photo rotates the wrong way vertical instead of horizontal within the bounding frame app crashes very frustrating     Deposit function crashes all the time

This app is useless to me right now I havent been able to login using this app for months now because of that index error everyone keeps talking about I know the problem is not my login credentials because I can login from a computer just fine Also the ATM finder doesnt work period There needs to be an update stat As far as I know there hasnt been one for months     cmon BCU

Why would the check deposit function change the photo to a black and white scan Checks become unreadable so I have to deposit into another bank account and then transfer the money to bcu Deal breaker     Cant deposit

Used to work great just a few weeks ago but now is crashing I cant make deposits anymore     Deposit anywhere keeps crashing

Its not a very functional app And it is fairly outdated It still uses UI from iOS 6 which is        Meh

I cant deposit a check using Deposit Anywhere because its constantly timing out Fix this ASAP This is a huge problem     Deposit Anywhere or Deposit Nowhere

Every time I log on it says session expired As soon as I quit target Im quoting this stupid account too     Session Expired

App used to work well Now it takes 1015 tries to process a deposit App crashes almost every time and is extremely irritating I cant use it any longer because of the issue Sony is no good     Crashes often

This app is as good as any other bank app Check balances transfer money etc Check deposits work great for me Ive never had a problem              Great app

I have been using this app for my old iPhone 4S for about a year then got this 5S and still great app I have had really no problems at all within the past 2 years I have seen it down maybe once It always signs in fine and deposit checks easily I think some of the bad reviews comes from problems with the users cell phone or the users themselves Keep it up BCU I have yet to be disappointed                 Great for past 2 years

Just tried to go to Bill pay receiving a message that Im not enrolled I just paidsent 4 bills via bill pay yesterday its showing on my acct now Im not enrolled Please fix     Problem Bill pay

This app needs some major work 98 of the time I cant even get it to load I mean come on people I need to know my balance today not a year from now Update on that not ATM locations     Loading

Usability is 5 stars Depositing checks with the Deposit Anywhere function is rather flaky Network connection time out errors are quite common and inconsistent Can be frustrating if you dont have 20 minutes set aside to deposit a check           UI Great Deposit Anywhere Flaky

The deposit feature works very poorly I have to retake pictures of the checks anywhere from 5 to 10 times before the stupid app accepts it Whatever auto adjustment and cropping it does to the image is extremely poorly implemented Other than that the app was sized for a smaller screen and is awkward on the iphone5     Pretty bad please fix this app

It keeps locking me out of my account Have to call customer support to have it unlocked Make me wonder how secure it actually is        Locked out

I downloaded the app twice and still wont work it ask for my password and member ID which I correctly enter and still wont log in I called customer service and the help I got was an advice to uninstall and install again I did and it did work Someone from BCU contacted me and let me know that the app wont work in certain WiFi area This is very annoying but at least now I can log in into my acct           It wont work

Like that it gives me all important info at a glance Tried the direct deposit and transfer and it is rather nice to do this from my phone and save me the trip granted that many mobile banking apps do this or should do this by default Would ask the developers to update the esthetic of the app to have it feel more iOS8 like Have it include either 4digit security code or fingerprint recognition for login on compatible iOS Devices Have it include a notification widget that shows basic info balance in accounts Have it include notifications in Notification Center period let me choose whether I want to visit my email or just pull down on my Notification Center on my phone I see my deposits but the app doesnt have a nice way of saying you had with deposit you now have Have it IR codes for those seldom retailers that use them for payment           It is functional

Last updated in November they dont even care about maintaining this app if you want to check your balance then yeah thats pretty much all this app is good for     BOORRRiiinngggg

Deposit anywhere has the crappiest camera quality ever The pictures go from your high def camera into a drawing with scribbles made by a 2 year old Plus instead of pending or processing Due to the picture not being to your standards and making us wait an unknown amount of time you should let us retake the pic until it passes and we can get instant credit Looking for an atm is a pain if youre not looking for one near your current location Even then some banks dont accept checks like they say they do Needs a refreshupdate button        Needs an upgrade

This app looks like something from a previous life Needs a facelift big time     Worst app ever

This App Rocks It never has Crashed on me It does everything just fine I do agree it does need bill pay Folks if your app crashes you need to turn your smart phone off than turn it back on AKA reboot and you wont have crashing problems                 EXCELLENT

The app works I can check my various accounts deposit pay bills and check ATMS It looks and feels very outdated and it needs things like Touch ID support but it does work If they added Touch ID if be happy Wouldnt need anything else              Outdated but functionally sound

I am very glad that Bill Pay is a feature in the app now but I wish that I could update an account number andor add a new bill The website is now completely unusable from my phone so Im more dependent on the app for full functionality           Bill Pay

The previous version worked well while it did lack the Bill Pay portion The most recent update crashes frequently during routine tasks and almost every attempt to make a deposit results in a crash The most aggravating addition comes from the promotions What is the purpose of having promotions display in a banking app The links open in Safari and are for services which should be taken advantage of in a fullscale browser     Crashes and advertisements

Mobile banking is a big thing for me and this app crashes with simple deposits Very unprofessional for banking software Will probably be moving my accounts over to Chase     Frustrated
