Im not sure exactly how accurate this is given it says 8hrs for brisket and im sure its usually closer to 12 hrs Seems to me most of them the temps and times are off Save the 2 use google because i had to go check it there good thing im not a total noob at smoking     Unsure Madson28

Great app for estimating cook times I still cook to temperature but this helps give a ball park of when I need to get the meat cooking I wish it had a custom cooking temperature option While typically I cook at 225 there are some meats turkeys for instance that I prefer a crispier skin and like to cook a little hotter Would love for the app to be able to calculate based on custom cook temp                 Lacks custom temperature Snof314
