BB&T Banking for iPad

If I could give fewer stars I would The previous version was more user friendly     Disappointed

Cant upgrade have older iPad Now I cant use the app at all     Updated me out of use

The recent update is a significant step up from previous versions is actually an app and has a single page login I dont like the device verification since I am not used to doing that on web version I almost failed security question because I set it so long ago There is still some work to do as far as layout and how many clicks it takes to do anything but glad to see they are taking steps forward Previous version This app is just a glorified browser for BBTs equally bad website The split pages for the usernamepassword is even more annoying when I have to type it on my iPad They put no thought or effort into the app at all           steps forward still some work to do

The new app is terrible doesnt show your ending balance on each item just says the word posted I even went to the bank thinking it was a fake App Change it back its terrible I just deleted it and am going thru the web address     New bbt app

Does not allow paying multiple bills at once Too many steps for one single bill payment Please fix like it used to be I wont be using this app for bill pay EVER     Awful update

Please bring back the old app the bill pay feature is slow and limited visually The loan transfers does not shown payment amounts the overview is terrible     Awful

The bill pay function is a total failure the amount window closes as soon as you open it every time Apparently was not tested before put into production Very frustrating Works ok for just looking around but functionally lacking pleas FIX IT NOW Only rated as a 1 star because I had to rate it somewhere     Bill pay

As noted by others the screen shots showing mobile deposit are false There is NO support for mobile deposit     Does NOT support mobile deposit

I have had this app for 2 yrs has normally worked well Online billpay is greatuntil recently Every time I tap on a slot and a box opens up it disappears after 1 second no exaggeration Ticks me off Not able to pay bills from my iPad anymore Makes me want to throw it across the room Please fix this        Needs help

You begin to worry about your money when a Banking Institution this large cant get their APP to function properly Continually locks up Tried reinstalling still have problems also several Error messages indicating Server Problems Had to opt for one Star on rating because there are no Negative Stars Available The layout and pages are are good but you just cant navigate without locking up     Has never worked right

The new updated version of this app is sooooooooooooo much better Attractive interface with a smoother transition for one part of the app to another Great job guys and gals                 Great Update

They advertise free check deposits via ipadiPhone This is not true I downloaded the app with high hopes of no longer needing to drive to the bank to make check deposits However the option to make deposits is no where in the app How about not making false claims Highly disappointing 1 star     No check deposit

App does not allow you to deposit a check Do not try to call customer service because no one will answer Finally gave up after 15 minutes Not only will I delete the app but will change banks So disappointing     Terrible

Just got off phone with BBT rep There is no capability for this on the app She said that I would have to download the iPhone app Contrary to what the description here says and was the whole reason that I downloaded the app This doesnt make sense to me     No support for deposit via photo

Customer and BBT shareholder disappointed in the new app that cannot be accessed on IPad 1 You would think a company that is willing to compensate its CEO 7200244 in 2014 would be able to continue to serve its customers in the manner in which they are accustomed I sincerely hope this problem has been rectified prior to the Annual Stockholders Meeting on April 28 2015     BBT failure to serve

This app is horrible for making printed check deposits Tried with IPhone 5 and 6 new iPad and Samsung S5 It can not read the check error Very frustrating especially when forced to deposit in my BOA account instead The other features meet expectations        Mr

Not very accurate Dont rely on this app for balances Gladly I took a screenshot and was able to prove the reason for my overdraft and was able to get my fee back I moved to a credit union Free checking ATM fees and better rates on loans     Bill pay and outdated balances

The newest version of the iPad app is much less user friendly and provides less functionality than the previous version Mortgage data is limited to balance and payment due date Previous version listed escrow balances payment details taxes paid etc why was that information removed from new app Bill payment is less intuitive and payee edits and information is more difficult There are also bugs in the pop ups the windows to enter data wont accept data thereby rendering the bill payment function hit or miss depending if the app wants to behave on a given day Id much rather have the previous version of the app     Pervious version much better

The app was working fine for the longest time and then it started to hang at the loading screen I would close the app and bring it back up on my ipad and it was still loading I even rebooted my modem and it didnt make it stop I had to delete the app to make it stop        Loading forever

One of the better looking banking apps that Ive used The previous version looked dated I wish I could add a payee though but Ill definitely still use this for now                 Much improved

I cannot upgrade to this new app and can no longer use the old one on my iPad1 Sorry BBandT that I am not among your wealthy customers who can afford a new tablet every year I used this app daily and it was one of the things I liked best about your bank Now its one of the things I like the least     Not compatible with iPad 1

Forcing people to update expensive iPads is unacceptable We have two iPads and now the older version wont work for BBT There is no excuse for that Id give zero stars if possible     Thanks for nothing after 30 years

I first tried the app today Prefer online version as this is a mess Tried to do mobile deposit and kept getting an error saying info at the bottom of the check is unclear The image was PERFECT Talked with tech who said to try putting check on black surface did this took PERFECT images and still get errors I could have driven to the bank faster Please fix this           Online deposit doesnt work

Looks like your reviews are your customers so lets see if BBT has million dollar customer service or customer NO service FIX THE IPAD 1 app so the app will work if it takes another app for the iPad 1 then make it happen BBT PLEASE LEAVE A RESPONSE ON YOUR PLANS WITH FIXING THE APP     BBT iPad 1

Someone needs to work on this its not working to good on the iPad You go to look at something and it keeps showing the coin pig continues to download then it freezes up You never know if you are secure or not Get with it and fix the problem     Freezing up

For checking my bank account balance and transactions this app works well for the most part which is great It is also nice to be able to send bill pay checks from the app There are two features though that would make this app much better 1 One thing I really want to see BBT bring to their app is Touch ID support for the new iPads and iPhones so I do not have to type in my password every time I need to access the app 2 It would also be really nice to have the ability to add payees for bill pay within the app It is much more of a hassle to have to go to the website to add payees If these 2 features are added then I will definitely be changing my review to 5 stars           Almost there

I tried to schedule payment and kept getting an error message went to my laptop and was successful so I assume this mobile app is worthless for billpaying        Worthless

Like the others have said I too can no longer use this app that has been my main source of communication with BBT daily Im still using the Ipad 1 and before this required update everything was working fine Disappointed     Disappointed

The app doesnt work It has instructions in help on how to deposit a check by taking a photo but it doesnt work no deposit button so I get to drive to the bank like my grandpa Swell     Cant make deposits
