I have 2 cameras One inside which is a pan tilt I haven t had any issues with it However I have one installed out side that is made for outdoors It constantly shuts down and I have to physically take the camera down plug it into the router and reinstall it Also customer service is horrible I ve contacted them many times with no reply Once they get your money then they don t give a crap         Cameras are junk Updates stink!

I just download the new version of the app 01 04 18 and now the update option is gone plus every time I want to check About Device crash 100 of the time Is it any of the developers actually test this app before releases Fix problem just removing options is not a fix Fix the app please     New version crashed Anime-boy

I can bring up video but it s slow to connect If I turn my iPhone to view the video in landscape the app crashes half the time Other times the controller buttons on the bottom of the video feed don t line up I press the video quality button and the left right image flips I press the left right image flip button and the up down image flips It s buggy and updates seem to be rare             It works but it s buggy SchattenTeufel

I had it hooked up to century links 20mbs wifi internet and worked great Well i now have cox internet 100mbs panoramic wifi and does not connect i cant see the video the sensor work and sends me a text but theres no video i also dont see any tech support on this app Very frustrating since i rely on this camera for my family s safety     Cox wifi maztec69

Loved the first two I thought a third area was necessary Unfortunately the third one was defective out of the box So I took it to my other house and it won t hook up to wifi even after reset             Love and hate deats1958

Bought this like 2 3 weeks I give 3 stars because the camera works well But the app keeps shutting down the volume for others to here don t work well for the two way which is weird because initial set up volume is loud I ve been waiting for there response on when app will be updated but they have failed to reply So unfortunately I m going to return When I did contact them before hand about setting up the camera they replied quick but then stopped Setting up camera is not easy It s a bit frustrating Had to set up with a android first then it would except on my iOS             Disappointed R91240sx

This camera worked great until we switched Internet service providers and upgraded to a nicer wireless router It works when it s directly wired but not via our wireless Very disappointed     It worked until we bought a new router with our new internet service Mdougherty321
