This game is outstanding Forces the player to use sound military tactics to Winn If you move your infantry by covered routes use assault guns to support infantry use your armor on the flanks never move mobile AT guns and tanks without infantry out front use artillery and air strikes to target artillery mortars and infantry you will come out on top                     Great game Python1946

If you liked the old allied general panzer general or steel panthers type games this game is for you It only gets a 4 star because your individual units change and are not kept nor carry over to the next scenario and build up elite status I believe they will change this aspect later Besides that great game you can play on airplane in single player an airplane mod For me it s the strategy game that is perfect and needed for iPad and iPhone I highly recommend this game                 Just like steel panthers ...?!!....

Battle Academy and Battle Academy 2 are the full versions of their PC counter parts These games offer a wealth of replay ability as well as an outstanding play by email multiplayer system I wish more games would come out like this for my IPAD I hardly ever put it down while traveling due to these two games                     Worth every penny Messi186

My issue with this game is that the units don t get carried over to next scenario or ever Just gain experience for one scenario then die or move on Was hoping it d be improved over initial game but not really Why are the campaigns not really campaigns One long battle then zilch Played through a second time and I m downgrading it one star             Enjoyed but could be a lot better Parents beware

I ve been into military games since 1969 This game and Battle Academy are fantastic BA2 has better graphics and feels smoother Well worth the money If I have any complaint it s a very small one The skirmish generator tends to offer you exotic equipment and not the average equipment ie lots of flame throwers and Jagdpanthers and IS2s Where are the MkIVh and Panthers and T34 85s Also would someone revamp the ATR so these miserable little units would stop killing Tiger IIs See how minor my only complaint is BL Buy it and enjoy Great game                     Great Buy it today Lamb #1

I have skipped the predecessor to this game but I ve been very familiar with most of the titles of Slytherine Matrix in past years No ways about it I am thoroughly impressed by BA2 The setting is excellent giving an opportunity to recreate some of the most iconic battles of the war Visuals are solid and the mechanics robust AI is decent as well in my first full skirmish I got solidly trounced by it second game was a close win third was a repeat of the first There is a lot to learn here for example game allows to play forms of delaying action giving an opportunity to slow down superior forces and that is something that must be mastered in order to prevail in many of the matches Units are greatly varied and distinct feeling the wrath of a T 34 in 1941 is harrowing trial by fire and demands utmost tactical mastery to solve to give an example Whole game demand care and planning but the payoff is most gratifying Skirmish mode with its great variety of features is in my opinion the best feature of this game it gives essentially an endless variety of scenarios and maps to toy with beside the initial offering in the campaigns And can go on but what you need to know is if you were looking for WW2 TBS with due depth and breadth congratulations THIS is it                     No better substitute on iPad platform Imaginary Star Studios

Pretty impressed with gameplay The random generator could be cool except apparently the only tanks issued in the German Army were Tiger 1 s and they ve been equipped with modern M1a2 Abrams fire control systems Always tigers really Out of all the vehicles in the German army the game only buys the rarest And they always hit on the first shot after moving And they always shoot before the defending troops I guess the Russians just take a snooze and miss put every time the 87 ton noisy tanks show up Neat game slitherine should hire a historian to help with their force selections though             Battle academy 2 OgNotadouche

BA and BA2 are among the priciest apps on my iPad They are however worth every penny The AI is challenging enough and the PBEM system creates infinite diversity I am a happy camper hoping for BA3 the Pacific theater in the future                     Top notch WeeBeasties
