I just got this and I can t make an account it just says something went wrong try again later It sounds like a great app but reliability seems to maybe be a problem         App too old maybe Kakeenoe

I am updating my review because with the past two updates the app no lingers works for me Each time I try to open it I get nothing Blank screen So frustrating considering I ve been using this app for over a year and keeping track of sales and customer data as well as scheduling for my employees It seems that no one takes the time to update this app regularly or respond to help requests I had an issue a while back that I never received a response to I think I am done with this app It s very upsetting considering I have over a year s worth of info that I will now have to manually transfer elsewhere I like this app for the functions that it provides I love that I can track sales and number of guests each day and that everything that my employees need is in one place I love the scheduling function and the calendar promotions schedule However there are some major issues that need to be addressed I have one employee who has not been able to get the app to work at all I know that there is some kind of problem with using the app on a Galaxy phone which is what she uses But here is my issue after deleting and reinstalling the app she was still unable to use it So I decided to try deactivating her as an employee then reactivating her But there is no option to reactivate an employee I emailed the help center asking for help with this 2 weeks ago I have not received a reply yet I do not like that at all I can understand a few days of turn around time but two weeks with no support is unacceptable I run a small business and have very few employees So having one employee who can t access what everyone else is able to is very inconvenient and creates extra work for me since I still have to do scheduling twice Not to mention updating her with all that is going on while everyone else can just hop on the app and check Fix this issue and give me some support in reactivating this employee and I will update my review     Needs work RachelleLoe

I m sure as a owner this might be helpful I would expect from someone hosting a show titled bar rescue there might be an option for a bartender I love my business and don t want to claim a position I don t have but I wish this app was even available to me I wanted to learn something         Expand Pawlakt

I love the concept but scheduler doesn t work good If you put some one on a day and then need to delete the shift the delete button doesn t work There s only 1 video to watch Agree with others need more content and wish par tender was more affordable Hope an update is coming can t wait to use the scheduler             Awesome needs an update zr2berger

On the event page it gives you a description box but no one can see this except for the person adding the event It would be nice if the staff could click on the event and see all details like drink specials ticket price etc not just the person who edits the event                 Events Klueless117

This is an amazing app The Taffer Tips and events ideas are superb I like that you can manage your employee schedule and view your revenue trends right within the app So why the reason for 4 stars This app is still very new and there needs to be a bit more content but I m sure there will be in the near future Thanks Jon Taffer you re an inspiration and a role model Carl Robbie Martin                 Ready to make money R Martin
