I bought this for my granddaughter thinking it would be a fun book I was very wrong The book does nothing but teach little girls how to be mean and hurtful I dont appreciate spending 499 on something I now have to delete Its pretty amazing to me that through most of the book a three year old can repeatedly tell me that the girls in the book are mean Shame on Golden Books for promoting such garbage I know now to carefully read all the reviews Id give it minus 5 stars if I was given the option to do so     Horrible story w negative behavior

My 4yearold really wanted this appShe wanted a Princess Barbie game I was surprised how few choices there were I also think that for kids apps like this 199 is the most Ill pay So in my opinion 529 with tax is way overpriced But I gave in because I thought we could make this a teachable moment I had my daughter do chores for 2 weeks to learn that when people work they can earn money to buy things they want We made a chart to track her chores and she was really excited to earn a Princess Barbie game Instead she got the lesson of not to get your hopes up because you might get let down This app is overrun with glitches The sticker book screens keep freezing we have to restart to get out of the screen some of the stickers dont size or move when you touch them the microphone doesnt work and even selecting a picture for the inside cover page is glitchy The support link sends you to a discussion forum on a get satisfaction website but you cant post to the forum and theres no topic about this app anyway I expected better quality from Random HouseGolden Books Save your money and if you want mindless Barbie entertainment get the free I Can Be app instead     A Huge Disappointment

Very very disappointed Keeps freezing up Never spent this much on an app before probably will not again This is my 3 year old daughters favorite movie and I downloaded it in the ER while we waited for her broken arm to be set Poor thing was soooooooo upset it didnt work I was one very MAD mommy     Awful

All this app consists of is a mind numbingly ludicrous story and a sticker game that consists of only 4 active stickers and about 15 more they can see but not use which is hard to explain to my almost 4 year old Do not waste your money on this barbie bs     Horrible app not worth the 5 dollars

My daughter is a big fan of princesses We have just about every related app especially all by Disney This book with its stupifyingly weak story line was boring slow and expensive This should be under a dollar and clearly designated for children under 4 The story is too primitive for anyone older Moreover as a sticker book it is a complete and utter failure There are countless sticker book apps available most free and many for a buck or two The vast majority of them provide a play experience that is much more enriching than this book After all how long can one be entertained by dropping one of FOUR stickers on a static background with no interaction of any kind no editing of characters etc Do NOT be tempted to buy this book do NOT assume the cover reflects the quality of content and do NOT waste your money     Garbage

The app is not working very well Very expensive for an app but my daughter loves Barbie and saw it got 4 stars so I thought its worth the money The menu will not come off the page When trying to read the pages the menu sits on half the pages so we cannot see the words or the pictures Nothing I do takes the menu off or hides it Im very unhappy about spending close to 5 for this app because we cant even use it     Disfunctioning menu

This narrated story is filled with colorful illustrations that move and sparkle with a light touch Great for toddler girls just getting into princesses and Barbie                 Great for little girls

I regret buying this for my preschoolers The plot of the book is full of social bullying parental emotional abuse murder and Alexandre Dumaslevels of palace intrigue except poorly written The game features of the app are designed for a much younger audience and seem to mostly exist to give the book an educational veneer It is truly truly terrible     So very bad and inappropriate
