Please bring back the fingerprint scan feature to allow sign in With the current update the feature has disappeared Also please allow more transaction history on the screen Allow us to scroll through out transactions from the past not just the past few weeks                 Great app but needs more features Marksniles

At least several times a week when I m trying to sign in I get an error message telling me that my accounts cannot be accessed right now Inside the app you can see your account balance and recent transactions but you cannot search for a transaction Mobile deposit is hit or miss they do not even have a hyperlink to call customer service inside the app This is not app specific but I really hate the way they itemize transactions it s a bunch of internal bank lingo encoding and sometimes the merchants name is not even visible Touch ID is overdue BankRI needs to make major improvements to its website as well So clunky and antiquated     A joke Yael

To me it is nearly useless because of the low limits on mobile deposits For now we continue to make stone age era treks to the bank to deposit checks Waste of man hours and fuel     Almost useless purgcfo
