I can barely log into my account because of some system error all the time and when I am able too it always tells me wrong password when its 100 correct        Barely works

This bank is so backwards with technology and promises its ridiculous and this app and all the weeks of spam emails I received from their PR team of their new online banking system is the proof Complete trash Dont even know why I still bank here Wake up to 2014 Ozarks Sheesh You cant even see more than 10 transactions in your checking accounts history Seriously Banks are known for just being greedy money making institutions with empty promises Way to bolster the stereotype     Makes me want to change banks

First to get into the new online banking was a pain in the Finally get to try to download the app and the page showed up blank I had to change my App Store country which I didnt have to do to download the old app Once finally downloaded it was AWFUL You can only see your last 4 transactions Maybe the other functions of the app are good but I didnt even bother What a waste of time     Hope u dont live overseas

The old mobile bank system was easier to use and I could find more of the info I wanted to see This one will only show one week of acct history and doesnt show payment history for online bill pay     Not impressed

This app only does the bare minimum such as give account balances and what debits or credits have gone to your account You can not actually look into your account information Though you can transfer money when needed It also seems to not work for me half the time saying it cant validate my credentials Very aggravating when I need to look at my info So I have to actually go on the web on my phone and login that way           Average

This app is much more user friendly than the old one I had no issues with the updated web site or the mobile app I watched the video tutorial and sign on instructions were easy to follow And I love the new look Computer upgrades always take getting used to and have hiccups but its worth it to have a top notch product when its done                 Kudos

Very user friendly Love pop money and the easy navigation When mobile deposit is added this app will have it all                 Great App

I enjoy being able to check my balance and transfer money at my convenience One thing thats NOT on the app is the ability to mobile check deposit Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still theres no tab for that option So much for fast and easy huh        Ehhhh

Functions well However I am disappointed that I had a very polite teller at the bank the bank of the Ozarks website and App Store all tell me that I can deposit checks from the app only to find out this is not the case     Not as described

The app will not let me log on at all So its pretty much useless to me     Currently pointless

Its not just the mobile app thats terrible but the online banking in general is pretty terrible I miss my smaller banks services by comparison     Surprisingly Bad for such a large Bank

I adore the new mobile app I had 0 problems downloading setting things up I find it extremely easy to view pending activity make transfers pay bills etc I am a typical user I am not a tech pro but this meets all of my needs more I have banked with Bank of the Ozarks for 12 years LOVE this bank The staff has always taken care of me better than family the bank ALWAYS has my best interest at heart Bank of the Ozarks isnt the 1 bank in the nation for no reason I love Bank of the Ozarks am thrilled with the new change It even remembers me when I log in My day is made And have you seen the the calculator within the app                 The new app is amazing

The big reveal today was supposed to include the awesome app that was advertised in all the emails Able to pay bills depositall the cool stuff Ive been waiting for but instead its the same poor banking app see balance transactionseven see transactions is nullvoid right now since the big upgrade What the heck happened I have absolutely no use for this app as it is today Very disappointed in the big reveal UPDATE this never posted And there are curiously No Reviews Today there was an update that still did not include all of the above This app is useless in its current form Please fix to include all the promised features or you will sadly be losing customers     New App

They advertise that there is mobile deposit for checks on their app This is not true Like someone else said this app does the bare minimum and does not even do everything that they claim it does     No mobile deposit

This app is getting worse It goes down at times then back up again I need it all the time Not reliable I am pretty sure that when it goes ghost its downloading for a spot check for our dear dear government     Getting worse

This app is horrible just like all the other online banking stuff Its all goodwhen you can get it to work Which is practically never I should not have to call someone every time I want to check my account     Bluh

Just used the new website which isnt very intuitive Ill adapt to it But this new app is awful Very limited usability Im deleting it from my phone     Poor experience

The new BOTO app is very user friendly and the graphics are great I look forward to Mobile Deposit in the coming months                 Awesome App

For over a week been receiving emails letters boasting about the newmobile banking app with additional features over the old one After a weekend of the old app not working unable to log in kept timing out phone services in a loop just tKing you back to the main prompt I was looking forward to logging into the new app online web site But guess what this banking institution cant seem to test things so a smooth role out occurs for its customers Instead what do we get no way to check accounts even with the old app web site Smart companys run things side by side for at least a few days as so no user customer is effected by unforeseen issues Makes me think that Im not as important to them as it is to be buying other banking institutions Information I received from the teller at my branch was be patient things will get working soon if you think what your having to deal with is bad you should try it from our side     New App Old App non functional

If they are getting such bad feedbacks on this app why no fix it ASAP Customer service is top priority if they will like to continue to grow Fired your tech personal and get your customers what they been waiting for     Unacceptable

This new App is terrible and is totally unclear with my funds Debits and pending deposits are not clear and even my bankers cant figure our what to decipher If this doesnt change I may change banks And this is a substantial loss to this bank Advice fix before you lose many customers     Please go back Old APP Better

Im trying to log into my account Tells me that I must upgrade to a new version of the app and sends me to the App Store But the version there is the one I already have installed Endless circle Very frustrating     Says to upgradebut no new version

I was told by my customer service rep how great this app was going to be and how easy it is to make deposits That was what I was really looking forward to as I am away a lot and deposit making is not the easiest thing to do I thought this feature on this app would take care of the problem However this feature doesnt exist right now and who knows how long it will take Dont promote and market something if you dont have it All this app does for me is give me my balance and activity history big deal     Disappointed

Its supposed to allow you to deposit checks but that feature is not available as of this writing Thats an important feature for me When I can deposit checks via this app I will update the rating to reflect it           User

It says it can do remote deposits No it cannot And the information about transactions is never up to date This technology is so old and other smaller banks have their apps up and running with better technology I really need to be able to utilize the remote deposit app shouldnt have to get to the bank before it closes to deposit a check Unfortunately this has been a deal breaker for me Looking for another smaller bank with a better app     Horrible app
