I have only selected one star because it won t let me select 0 I LOVED touch banking and have not had banking on my phone since the day this was forced upon me It will not work on my iPhone I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times still won t work Went to developer website that is listed on App Store It shows Bank of the James I call them They tell me to call Apple I call Apple they say pay 30 for support I go to app help which takes me to fiserv which has absolutely no contact info If you have an iPhone this app is WORTHLESS and everyone involved will not help you I miss phone banking and will be considering changing banks     Would rate if it would work Elmolover76
