Total Waste Of Money     Just a dancer Marbaldan

Umm I mean its ok but I dont think some of the things on this are really necessary its so easy and does not really help me For me it feels like im in level 2 again I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED             Its not good ChickenCHICKEN55

While this app did give me some great new stretches it bothered me I really wanted to work to get my right and left splits but a lot of the stretches to deal with the splits you already to have your splits to do         Average dog catfish

I should ve believed TonyRreyes s review this is a waste of money Like he says there are 15 exercises across three categories These are basically short 12 30 second videos say 20 seconds on average so you are paying for basically 5 minutes worth of content There is absolute nothing that justifies this as an app you cannot select different exercises or adjust length or have them play all through it is just like going to a website from the 90s and having each exercise on a different page and having to click onto a different page every time you want to look at a different exercise Even YouTubing is easier at least you can put together a playlist there And it s free An utter disappointment     Don t Waste Your Money tokkilane

Finally an app like this I ve been waiting for I love love love it and am so excited to start using it every day I can already see improvement in my middle splits from the first time I used it Amazing app for anyone that wants to gain flexibility in their splits turnouts and back                     Thank you jtaymunro

Says it comes with 48 instructional videos in 9 different categories but what i got was 15 videos and 3 categories I am very very disappointed I want my 2 back Don t waste your money on this     False advertising TonyRreyes
