Navigation in the app is excruciating App said I needed to register so I did Then it said my email address was already registered They why say I needed to register Then after I logged in it wouldn t take me back to my order So I started over but THEN it said there was already an order in the cue I know But it wouldn t take me back to the order page What an absolute COLOSSAL MESS When placing an order there s NO place to add comments e g extra cheese or extra sour cream NOTHING You just place the order and presumably pay No way to modify or ask for anything different which of course I do at the restaurants without any problem Baja Fresh I love your food but you should be UTTERLY ASHAMED of this ABOMINATION of an app Seriously     An utter EMBARRASSMENT behind the mask

I used to love this app until this new release which has a bug When placing an order for pick up it automatically displays the pick up time with the current date and time When you check out it tells you the pick up time has already expired I go back clear it and start over This time I change the time for a pick up in 1 hour I go to check out again and get the same error message Until this bug is fixed the app is not usable         Please fix Havnfun2day

Driving through Central Valley CA I was interested in trying out the Baja Fresh app I put in Coalinga to find a location Though there were three nearby locations on the map the app simply gave an error there are no locations within 25 miles that accept iPhone ordering I wasn t sure at first whether I misspelled the city name or on the second attempt had punched in the wrong zip code or whether the locations had gone out of business It would be helpful even if the locations don t offer online ordering to show that they exist A customer may just be looking for directions or store hours or a phone number         Suggestion for Central Valley CA BUEng06

Horrendous interface who designed it developers please add passbook support it allows users to store coupons boarding passes event tickets store cards credit cards as well as debit cards via Apple Pay It is all so convenient to just have all membership cards and coupons in just one place You ll be doing yourselves a huge favor by embracing it it is the future and I am so excited     Interface passbook Connoisseurmusical
