The app logs you out constantly and you have to sign back in using full username and password and does not save your username so when you are with a patient or at the pharmacy and it you need their date of birth or to enter an order it is very inconvenient                     Logs out dannilpn

Email pattern need to update such as able to select message with red flag or make imp or check list to make sure such message need priority than other Search in email available in app but browser did not have one During writing text in message some kind of bug still present which now allow to type first couple of attempt Need to work to flow less typing and able to adjust font to visible documentation             Need to update some of most required features MikyMouseOf2012

App is very helpful Maybe adding notifications when messages are received will help everyone out especially if not using a computer Also for the My patients tab it would be a huge help if we can get all the patients under our name show up instead of just the patients we have activity on showing I have patients that have transferred to a different coordinator still showing up on my tab             Good but needs more improvement Unkoshita

I need this app for work but I can t stand it I ve had trouble with it from day one It freezes and won t load ALL OF THE TIME I have to delete this app and download it again to get it to work I ve had to do that at least a dozen times since I got it in January I even tried to contact their help services but received NO reply     Glitchy Myme McClung

I love this app It is very user friendly There are a couple of things you can t do on the app but I love that I m able to go in and look at my schedule read writ and easily delete messages and some other stuff I wish other apps were as user friendly                     Great app Lolobrownmo

The fact a company takes money for this service is a crime because I certainly wont get paid for the treatments I have done because I cant get any help to complete my notes I would have given the system a 1 2 star if the was an option I called the company with an emergency question ALL day so I could get my work done but I could not reach anyone in that department I would recommend KINNSER OVER THIS ANYDAY     PTA Unemployment here I come

Updated this app as indicated Now it does not update can t view schedules patient s cannot sign Tried uninstalling reinstalling restoring etc app was working perfect prior to update Support has been notified multiple times but no follow up Will review with better rating once fixed     Non functional after update HHC RN
