Wish I could give zero star for this worthless piece of crappy app Setup is crucially painful Why the hell do we need multiple layers of authentication to login to a banking site Does any banks in the USA needs this Sometimes this login code doesn t work and up need to do his setup all over again I despise the person who created this piece of crap I hate axis bank because of this stupid app and the authentication idea     Worst app in the human history Dontumesswithme

The app is good a friendly but it s not worth the frustration and stress to get it started I feel it s over done with the security layers to get started It s a pain in the un mentionable part to have it working on for the first time However once you succeed with the app for the first time it s good So if if are going to install this app be prepared to go through the frustration         Pain to get started Rahulcayman

This app is very user unfriendly Keeps crashing There are 10 thousands pin and password just to access my bank balance They don t understand security You don t add more security just by making user enter 50 thousand pins just for a simple login or purchase online Wish I could give 0 stars     Seriously thinking of switching bank because of this app Nix1.1

This doesn t work from USA When the message is sent the phone number to which message is sent starts with 00 91 9717000002 It seems that is wrong It should be 011 91 9717000002 However I even tried manually changing that It didn t work Now the worst case scenario is there is no option to revert back to old position to access using netbanking userid and password Axis bank support team told me I ll never be able to revert back to normal net banking once I have used the Netsecure I am now closing my account Update on 28th September 2015 I made lot of followups and created two Support tickets thro their helpdesk I have got the mail confirming that this issue is resolved and they are now closing the tickets When I tried I found the same issue again and again Disgusting Zero customer care     It doesnot work from USA USA-NRI-all
