This app is too unstable After downloading the latest app update today it has failed to remember my sign in credentials user id and password and has caused me to have to enter them to use the app at least 4 times Also it failed to recognize my sign in credentials several times in a row even I know I entered them correctly FRUSTRATING Unstable RLJPA

Update post iOS 11 update App cannot find streaming device at all Ever Never since the update When you try to play something for me on iPad Air 2 you ll be told it s setting up the stream After a long wait you ll be told there s a problem connecting to device Would you like to fix that Yes of course Eventually you ll receive a message that there s no streaming device Hurray Atlantic Broadband Keep on never updating this and you ll go far This works sporadically if that s not too often If that s your standard for apps be my guest You ll have to log in repeatedly That won t help anything It will tell you re not connected with to the network I guess to justify its inability to connect to the perfectly fine connection you really do have And it will tell you it can t find a streaming device to connect to like not the one it always connects to and is present as always as your streaming device Play craps You ll have better luck This is 2017 Atlantic Broadband Why should we download this crap you threw against the wall Buy a fishbowl for entertainment alterity

This app worked fine for nine months suddenly decides to die and I havent done an iOS update even though it is the latest update in monthsiphone 6 iPad 4 will not open on both machines anymore despite delete and reinstall IOS 83 latest update done a month ago or moreplease fix You Murdered It

The app is great The only thing is it takes way too long to download shows so I can watch them when I travel I wish I could watch from any wifi connection without having to download as slow as iTunes Love it

I seldom rate apps but being able to download programs to my iThingies alone is enough to give it five stars Really great on those many trips I take to be able to watch my favorite recordings in English rather than whatever language is on the tube in whatever country I am in I have no problem filling up all 32 GB on the iPad and the iPhone Gives me many hours of shows to watch Super App

On my prior iPhone 5 you were able to change the resolution of a download On the iPhone 6 plus the program crashes 100 of the time when this occurs This bug can only be worked around by accepting medium quality recordings No thank you This bug is one of many Atlantic bb should fix this as the app is otherwise pretty good But its useless to have a high end device and not be able take advantage of the hd quality resolution Cant change resolution on iPhone 6 plus

Love the app works great on all our iPads but when I try to open search on my iPhone 6 it crashes every time I have the latest iOS version with all updates current a fix for this would be great Iphone6 crashes when opening search
