Not really sure why the changes to the app whatever the reason it was really not with customers in mind First off the digital touch pad is garbage I cant do anything from it in time to disarm my system because the loading time takes forever Complete waist Had to get that off my chest Not sure what happened to the view of ALL my devices from the dashboard I bought the garage door sensor so I can remember to put the garage down at night but I have to do multiple taps to see it Pretty stupid when everything should be able to be seen from the dashboard Im sure the controller can be seen but I dont want that I also want to make sure from time to time my smoke and CO2 detector are working nope Took that away too Sometime apps arent broke just need a little make over not full on plastic surgery Please fix Knowing the company itll be another year or so before they do something to it Already got me in contract so whats the rush     Long login times and cant see all devices

I love my Digital Life system but the more I use the new app the worse it gets Im trying to change a program and its not working I tap save but it never saves Also I just spent 700 on cameras so I can see whats happening when Im not there or asleep Unfortunately I cant because every time I try to review archived video the app crashes The process for updating a program is very cumbersome To change one thing like the time a program starts you have to to through way too many steps Additionally if you use the iPad app you CANT modify programs It doesnt work You have to do it from the web NOT GOOD ATT NOT GOOD AT ALL Please Please read the negative reviews and fix the app FAST     Great Product Bad App

Biggest disappointment is that it no longer shows the history of when the system has been armed or disarmed The previous version allowed us to verify that a paid petsitter hadnt visited and lied about it until we told her we could see history We need that view of history back please     Bad upgrade

I am a new customer of digital life and I have to say what sold us on the system was the app Now with the new update I cant even access it It just crashes This is very upsetting and Im starting to regret getting the system Fix it asap please Update App still crashes cant even enter the app to see anything This was the big seller for us to use the app I have an att phone wifi and digital life I have been a customer for over a decade and am getting really frustrated Please fix this     New update just crashes

I got digital life in January and as the technician was showing me how to work the system with the app I was blown away not so much now with the new update to the app Its the worst Half the time I cant even log in and when I finally do get in its so non user friendly its just not worth messing with it Please bring back the old app     Hate the new app

Updated iPhone and now cannot get the programs portion to work It reverts back to home screen when I try     Doesnt work with new IOS 9 update

App keeps crashing when trying to view camera archive recordings on iOS device Can only view camera recordings from computer Very disappointed     Camera Archive

Others have detailed the problems Incredible how disappointing this is that att which I otherwise have a lot of respect for their mobile service just cant seem to get this app right Previous versions were underwhelming to waste time on an update like this is just shocking     Terrible upgrade

Compared to previous version 10 it has lost so much functionality that is not funny dont upgrade The apps before was far easier intuitive And easier to use This upgrade should be study in schools about what Not to do about functionality Worse app ever     Worse upgrade ever

Fracked and useless The new update completely broke the ability for me to view the archives of photos and videos The new user interface is obscure and nonintuitive Im ready to cancel my account just because some idiot decided they needed to redesign this app Ive been designing software for a very long time and this is completely foolish     Fracking idiots

Since the August update app will not open at all Crashes before the login screen appears Ive restarted and reinstalled the app Had to resort to the browser login to be able to access my security system     Crashes since August update

Cant have my mailbox in the section to record or it will pick up traffic and the alerts will get annoying so I wish it would record the whole view 247 but only send alerts when it catches motion Someone stole my mail and the neighbors if it was recording I would have caught the burglary on camera But now I have to report everything because I have no idea what was stolen     Wish itd record everything

I updated in hopes of a nice cleaner interface Well I was wrong I wish I would have never updated to this ridiculous bug infested update I dislike the interface it is rather confusing than clean too many freezes It kicks me out often and I hate that the majority of the time when I want to view a live camera it is rather frozen then showing me Worst update ever     The worst update ever

This app fails to log me in reliably does not remember me the camera never updates within 2 minutes Thus if my doorbell rang Id never have time to launch the app and let the camera show me a realtime picture When an even occurs such as a door opening the time to update the event log can be over 20 minutes The app and associated web server are simply sub standard and I regret buying the system     Sub standard performance

Very very unsatisfied with this update I cant even look at my cameras live how i used to what a horrible feeling to know that you cant rely on the app for the safety of your family and home In addition I feel robbed of my hard earned money with this app    

There was an update for the app to work with iOS 9 with the updated iPhone update and now my app does not work I have to login via the browser to get access Highly frustrating Please fix app soon        App not working after update

This app is crap Updated app is the worst its going to kill your business Wont save edited program times No longer intuitive Ill be canceling my Digital Life service as soon as the contract is up So sad Zero stars One cause I gotta to save this review     What Happened

The biggest annoyance is the random logout even with remember option is ticked Whats the use of having the app remember your signon The alarm status no longer gets refreshed after arming or disarming the system You need to manually kill the app and rerun the app to get the recent system status     App keeps signing out after every update

I love my digital life system but since I upgraded to iOS 9 the app crashes every time I go to Programs This isnt helpful when thats the whole point of this app and the system Please hurry and fix this        Crashes with iOS 9

The app is worthless take forever to login even over wifi Logged out all the time Impossible to watch the archive videos This app is not even a beta version     Worthless WORTH APP EVER

Poor app Update is atrocious I would expect more Cant customize like description says The custom actions do not update Just overall bad Simplify the screens so users can customize based on whats important to them not what ATT thinks is important The bill pay action Well that just adds a whole other level of frustration     Not user friendly

Since the update to IOS 9 I can no longer access the Programs portion of the app It crashes and goes back to the home screen I would expect better from ATT Is anyone working on all of the complaints that I see on these reviews     Love the service hate the app

First where is the feature to save a specific video clip That seems to be gone from the old version Something we use all the time Second when looking at the log activity if there is a new event happening while looking there is no refresh function You have to go out and reload in order to see new events The third problem is if you go directly into a camera click the stack of archive photos it crashes every time Havent been able to open it from there Fourth the video in preview is skewed everything seems squashed unless you go to it open in full screen then select the widescreen Fifth the title bar that says video recorded on suchandsuch camera when playing back video blocks the top part of the video Hopefully in time soon youll fix these issues but I find the new app counterintuitive Update as of 9212015 Live feed always doesnt show what is currently happening and the most recent update for ios9 still has not corrected the crashing when going to Devices Cameras select desired camera Archives This is where the app crashes Really need this feature restored and bug fixed It hasnt worked since the new platform and app was released     Features missing and bugs in new version

Cant get in for hours because it says it cant authenticate me or no internet connection even if on my home wifi when everything else I working on the Internet     Need to fix ASAP

Try to open garage through my phone works great 2x in a row then I have to delete the app and reinstall to use again Really ATT fix it you can afford it     Stinks

This app has so much potential but fails on execution in many aspects Since the update occurred the cameras will not show an updated imagine when you login and sometimes it takes 10 to 20 seconds to login or even worse it just wont login at all This is extremely upsetting when I get a notification that the camera has detected motion and I want to immediately see what is going on Most recently I just updated my phone to iOS 9 Now when you try to access your Programs in the app the app shuts down Please give this app the attention it deserves in a home security solution Without this app you cant separate yourself from the competition     Security App needs to work 100 of the time

After making some big improvements in previous version this update is a huge regression Before when I logged into the app and checked my devices I would see the current view from the cameras Now when I open it I get a view from like 36 hours previous And even clicking each one to see the current view doesnt update the screen with all the devicescameras on it Do you guys not even bothering testing the updates     App is regressing

Because I have an iPhone I can not use the app to look at my security system I have to log in to the web browser whats the point of the app I hope this problem gets resolved ASAP which I thought with this update it would but sadly it did not I wish I would never had done the update     This is far from helpful

The update made it impossible to see the outdoor camera live feed I updated on my iPhone 6 but delayed on the iPad Im still able to use that function on the iPad Sadly I called customer service and this is an issue Programmers fix it ASAP This function is a primary reason for the service     Dont update

Buggy Too often the app freezes while trying tom ake a change or program and drops off closing the app with no warning while trying to view video archive Some deleted video data came back the next few days after deletion Love the idea of being able to manage my house but never can be sure my ands are followed without physically verifying I fear of being out of town and having to rely on the app to do the job        App is Buggy

Since the update this app does not work like it is supposed to As a matter of fact it crashes every time I log in Also I have no camera video feed Service is great app is terrible Complaints date back to August what if anything are you doing about the problems     App Crashes

The app is terribly slow and since the update has issues with the remember me function Also its shocking that ATT still hasnt managed to support iPhone 6 and 6 resolutions     Frustrating experience

This app should get zero stars I hate it so much that I intend to vote with my feet I intend to cancel the service as soon as the contract is up You cannot save your username nor your password While walking to my front door I used to just click on the app to disable the alarm Now I have to put in my email address and password Try doing that in a rainstorm The new interface is clunky It took several trys to arrange the interface on my iPad I still am unable to do the same thing on my iPhone     DO NOT UPGRADE TO THIS VERSION

Although the current version has been updated and now it FINALLY works on the iphone it is still a mile away if compared to the previous version 16 Older version was user friendlier There I could see time stamps on every activity on any sensors Now all that is gone I cant afford cameras so I used the time stamps to know when each of my kids arrived from school If for any reason they were late I would know no door time stamp and called them to find out what happened Now I HAVE to call all the time just to know they are all inside the house Wish I could reinstall version 16     New version NOT that good

I dont know how you can make things worst than previous version every time Now simply cannot login Error 900     Worst than worst

How else would a decent app be updated to junk Same path Microsoft took with Windows 8 and Vista     I think the app developers are previous Microsoft employees

I havent been able to update and now I cant even open the app Its been installing for over 24 hours Fail     App not compatible with iPhone
