I was expecting something more advanced than the T position and two other examples of how to hold your arms if that gives you an idea of what s covered The demos are performed by novices so you won t get much out of them I was dumbstruck by how useless and awful this was The others were good to great Save your money I wish I had     Useless WhyDidIBuyThis-
