This app is great The only thing that bothers me is that there are bugs and errors that have been present in the app for more than 3 years that should have been fixed by now one example is the rating star that if you like a painting lights up it rolls the wrong way and is out of alignment and another is that it constantly crashes when running the iPad version on my mini Wonderful
Looking through Rembrandt van Rijns paintings and two of the paintings are clearly not his theyre painted about two hundred years after he was alive I wonder what other mistakes are in this app Needs reworking

Although the setup is fantastic if you like modern artists there are very few If there were more artists listed that spanned from Renaissance through now I would give this 5 stars A bit disappointing

There was a lot of work put into this appa ton of stuff to explore Well worth a dollar to have so much in one place however the app is slow to respond at times Im sure the developer will roll out updates in the future that will resolve that though I do wish it was a little more gesture friendly like the slideshow feature for examplethe only options available are back and the menu icon I wish there was a zoom capability and I wasnt able to get the slideshow to move to the next pic for some reasonI kept trying to flick it to the next one but only those two icons were popping up Fun Ive enjoyed itbut its slow

I think that are plenty of great artists listed and a great amount of info on all of them It would be cool to have a connection with the artists and links to related artists Otherwise this is just a dictionary with pictures I have to say though that the ability to look up so many artists and see their works in an instant is amazing Almost perfect

This was once a great app Its been abandoned by the developers the website support is a dead link Dont waste your money it just crashes or doesnt load It WAS fabulousyears ago
This is a fun app because I can add pictures to that artists gallery However it needs to be updated for iOS versions 7 and 8 For instance if a select a picture from the middle of a stack of an artists paintings it opens the very first picture at the top of the stack instead Secondly when I exit out of a picture I end up going back to the top and I dont think thats necessary If any or all of these suggestions can be done thatll be cool Also after I tried to save a picture to my photo album on my iOS version 8 iPhone it doesnt let me open any of the tabs I hope this app will updated sooner or later Great app but needs software update
Please update this application It hasnt been updated since November 28 2009 I wouldnt be able to live without this app it is so useful and wonderful The UI isnt perfect and most beautiful either it still needs a lot of improvement Please also add retina display and an a HD icon Thank you Great app deserves 5 stars but

This app has its flaws but is honestly worth the money The collection of works is vast though focused primarily on premodern artists There are some inaccuracies and gaps in information the app could use some updating to correct this But worth the money if only because it exposes the user to artists they may have never seen In the world of useless mindnumbing apps out there this is a breath of fresh air even with its issues One huge complaint if you take the quiz on here prepare for the most horrifying earspitting sound effects of children cheeringscreaming at you Overall recommended Mixed review but worth 1

My art history knowledge and my appreciation for artists I never really looked at before has risen thanks to this APP Its challenging and beautiful at the same time If you are into art and art history this APP is for you Love This
A new perspective on art was shown when I could see many artists over a range of styles and times My 5yearold granddaughter and I play the quiz all the time She actually recognized a Titian before I did Love this app Cant wait until all the artists are incorporated in the quiz AAA A New World

Just a warning there are a lot of great works on this all but sometimes they are not matched up to the correct artist Dates are rarely provided and when they are many times they are inaccurate A great app if you want to look at great art but just be aware that the information may not be correct Additionally a good chunk of the artists work cannot be show due I licensing agreements Im assuming Unfortunate Inaccuracies abound
I really love this app but I feel that the app can be in proved by adding more artist epically more recent artist like Banksy and Martin Haring and by providing artist terms as well as tips and suggestions Love itbut
