Arrivaltracker doesnt have a hundred functions like PDX Bus but unlike PDX Bus it does have a thoughtful efficient and decentlooking interface for getting around the single function it serves very well I can plan a trip well enough in the Maps app when I have to though Im not sure how Im going to do it once iOS 6 hits but most of the time Im riding a variation of the same route I know where Im going and how I just need to know when Arrivaltracker puts the answer to that question rarely more than 3 taps away including launching the app looks good doing it and doesnt assault me with a bunch of features I dont need And that is awesome Wonderful
Smart fast elegantly and deceptively simple app Helps me get where Im going eliminating the angst of engaging with the public transit system and all its vicissitudes Puts what I need right in front of me in a much cleaner and quicker fashion than PDX Bus which I used for years before taking the plunge Well worth the cost Great app for Portland transit
I love this app The reminders about when the bus is coming is AWESOME Makes it very easy to know when I have to leave home so I can make the bus on time or when I need to leave work Great App
I purchased this app as a newcomer to Portland to help me with my commutes and its been invaluable It is very simple and easy to use and very responsive and fast even on my old iPhone 4 Note that this app doesnt have any trip planning capabilities so its best for if you already have an idea what lines youre taking But if you want to see if the bus youre riding is onschedule or where that next bus is and when it will arrive or a list of all the stops this bus passes on its route this app is an amazing tool and completely worth the money Its saved me a lot of time and frustration Simple accurate and fast
Has no concept that stops have 4 directions Terrible
Streetcar support is missing but it appears its due to a licensing problem out of the authors hands He told me he is trying to resolve it or work around the issue when I queried No Streetcar arrivals
Would buy again Good app
saved my hide the 1st time i used it the app is super fast no lie also i love how clean it is and the fact that it it is a very small size more room for tunes wicked fast
