Yes it is in Japanese and Ive contacted the dev about this They are working on it Meanwhile this app does an excellent job of managing scale ratios factors between diagrams and designs from different sources I dare say this is a must have for architects and designers Although the UI is in Japanese download it now so youll know when the app is updated into English UI need localization to English but excellent tool
